What I like is that they focus on personalised, results-driven care, so the treatments feel tailored to your goals rather than being the same for everyone.

A colleague of mine actually stopped by during her lunch break for a professional peel and came back impressed with how knowledgeable the team was. 

The therapists regularly train in newer technologies too, including Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) hair removal, which shows they’re serious about staying up to date.

However, a few clients have mentioned that some hair removal appointments can feel a little rushed, so the level of detail may vary depending on the treatment.

High quality treatments at affordable prices

I’ve been having weekly Electrolysis & montly IPL treatments at this Salon since September last year (2024). Every visit from the first one has been amazing! All the ladies are super warm & welcoming, as well as being supportive, empathetic & understanding that “beauty really is pain” 😂. In all seriousness though, I cannot recommend the Macarthur salon highly enough! Highly recommend this beauty salon. The team are super friendly and very welcoming. I have been seeing Naomi for some time now and I love her down to earth (but very professional) manner! She has patiently explained treatments and products to me, but I have never felt pressured to try or buy anything. So lovely and welcoming

Could not rate this place any higher! I’ve received so many experiences at other beauty salons where they gossip or act unprofessional, or see the state of your nails and turn their nose up. Here however is a different story, the girls are so lovely and welcoming! Instead of judging my bitten nails they educated me and proceeded with care. What’s handy is their location in Uptown Brisbane, which makes it super easy to swing by before or after work without much planning. 

The main drawback is that some visitors have noted that there can still be a bit of a wait, even with a booking.
