The only problem we can see about the company is its disorganised booking system. Some clients complained about not having their bookings recorded, hence, they didn’t have any idea whether they’re expecting help or not.

This is probably the reason why sometimes the company gets delayed in sending help to customers. We hope Towtrucks improves this process so it can become a more reliable towing service company than it already is!

Harvey’s Towing Service is known for its skilled drivers. According to some of the clients we talked to, the company’s drivers could get any vehicle out of a tight spot with the way they handle the towing machinery—very efficient and resourceful!

It’s also a plus to us that the drivers always arrive on time, sometimes even earlier than the time booked. The’re also experts at what they do and immediately proceed to haul the vehicle without the delay, manoeuvring the towing truck without difficulty.

What we need during a stressful situation is usually a friendly face, and Harvey’s delivers such comfort. Their drivers are very friendly and very efficient in doing their jobs, so that helps in making clients feel at ease.

One problem we notice though is some drivers weren’t very careful in handling the clients’ vehicles—some of them arrived with damage, causing more problems for the car owners. Harvey’s always quick on dealing with this situation though, so that’s good!

Another thing—Harvey’s doesn’t regularly send updates to clients, forcing them to keep calling the company for updates. We hope this part can be improved so the clients always know the status of their vehicles.

All in all, the pros still far outweigh the cons. To us, Harvey’s is still a reliable towing company you can call most especially during emergencies. 

What makes All Kind Towing stand out to us is how the company can manoeuvre vehicles out of a tight situation. It has all the tools and gadgets, so it can get the job done regardless of the difficulty level. 

We admire how the operators can pull any car out, whether it’s from a steep or a very narrow place. They’re very meticulous in handling vehicles so no damage will occur.

In fact, according to the clients we talked to, the drivers had always assessed the situation carefully before moving the vehicles. They appreciated the assurance that their cars were in safe hands.

In spite of the quality service, we’re quite surprised to learn that the rates are cheap. We commend All Kind Towing for proving to us that their mission’s always about customer satisfaction.

We’re not in favour of the confusing booking process though because it’s very disorganised. There are times when clients are being rescheduled a lot because there’s no available drivers for them, and this can be really irritating. 

Another thing we don’t appreciate is the extra fees—the company charges extra for every little thing, which can be a burden to those clients with limited budgets. Our advice is to make sure you clarify the final rates with the company first.

According to its former clients, Border Towing likes to make things easy for its clients. From booking to payment, until the actual towing—it’s a seamless process!

It’s so easy to talk to the company, which we appreciate a lot. The line’s always available so the staff can easily get the details, and then just like that Border will dispatch a towing truck to you!

Speaking of towing trucks, the drivers are prompt and arrive on time. We also appreciate that even though they’re friendly and polite, the drivers remain professional and immediately get to work without delay.

We admire how they’re very skilled in moving the vehicles without causing damage despite how difficult it looks. They’re very cautious and meticulous, and know how to operate the truck and its tools effectively.

Another thing—the driver always makes sure to update the client with the ETA. This way, you’ll know where your vehicle is and when it might arrive.

We’re concerned about the careless handling of vehicles during delivery though, because sometimes there are damages. The good news  is that Border Towing makes sure to attend to the complaints without hesitations—talk about good customer service!

Another thing that we think needs improvement is how the phone inquiries are answered. The staff who picks up the calls should know more about the company’s services so he or she can provide information to clients. 

All Tow is known not only for its professional towing services, but also for its other roadside assistance services. If you need to unlock your car or need to change your flat tyres, All Tow can provide you with such services.

In fact, it’s the reason why those former clients we talked to had good words for the company. According to them, All Tow has everything they needed regarding vehicle assistance, and that made things easier for them.

Another thing worthy of praise is their operators. We love how the drivers are very focused on what they do, measuring every distance and weight so that moving the vehicle will not result in unwanted damages.

We’re also quite happy about the little freebies that the company gives its clients. One good example for this is that even if you only booked for towing, the drivers will also check your tyres and battery for free!

The only downside we see is the problems in client-company communication. As clients, we prefer it if we can easily get a hold of our service provider, but it’s difficult to contact All Tow.

Other than that, All Tow can be your one-stop tow shop. It has all the services you need plus the right men to do the job—top points if you ask us!
