When we asked some of the customers of Planet Cycles, they told us the same thing—they all loved the store because of its meticulous bike fitting service. The store makes sure to give a bicycle that suits you in terms of size, function, and aesthetic.

We’re not very fond of the inefficiency sometimes though. A couple of customers complained about the slow service because some staff weren’t very attentive to customers at the store. 

We also hope Planet Cycles improves the turnaround time of its bike servicing. Sometimes it takes more than a couple of weeks to service the bike, and that delay causes inconvenience to customers who need their bikes for errands.

In terms of customer communication, we think My Bike Shop surely stands out! It’s already worth recommending the shop for its wide range of bicycle options, but the way it treats its customers—chef’s kiss!

According to those who purchased from the store before, they loved that My Bike believed in its products because it allowed them to trust the shop. The shop truly wants its customers to have the best bikes suited for them–truly a personalised experience!

We also love that the approach is very personal. All the customer needs to do is let a staff know his or her needs, and said staff personally helps him or her choose a bicycle brand and type that fits the criteria.

We also think the customer aftercare is worthy of praise! We appreciate that the staff actually calls you and checks on you to see if the bicycle you purchased is working properly.

The only thing we can complain about My Bike Shop is that some of the staff need training in terms of knowing more information about the bikes. The store offers several brands, and it’ll be helpful to customers if their inquiries can be answered properly.

Another thing—the refund process is quite slow. The shop’s always willing to refund the customers’ money if the fault is from their end, but the process takes a long time.

If you’re a busy person who doesn’t have time to check out bicycle shops on a weekday, then Trek Bicycle Gabba is the perfect place for you! The good news is that it’s open on weekends so you have all the time in the world to browse bikes.

One thing we notice is how the staff know all the details about the models. We appreciate how Trek Bicycle trains its staff with regards to this because customers always have questions, and they’ll want informative answers.

In fact, past customers told us that even if you don’t have any knowledge about the bicycles, the staff were always willing to assist. They even suggest alternatives and give tips on how to properly maintain your bikes.

We think you’ll also love the extensive product lines available at Trek. You can find anything–from mountain bikes to road bikes, and even accessories and gears you need, so you don’t need to visit another shop for them.

One of the things that we think you might find difficult is that it’s difficult to find the parking space. So we’re letting you know now so it’ll take some pressure off—the parking’s located right behind the shop.

We also think the store needs to add a couple more staff members since one staff seems to attend to several customers at once. To focus on a customer’s need, there’s a need for a few more helping hands.

What we love about MyeBike is that it makes things easy for customers in terms of rental and purchasing process. You ask for the specs, choose your bike, and then rent or purchase it—it’s as easy as that!

In fact, past customers that we’ve chatted with agreed with us—it’s a no-hassle shop with the best bike options. They also wanted to give MyeBike credit for having everything they needed—from bicycles to accessories and gears.

We also love how the staff treat its customers—they’re very patient even if you don’t run out of questions. They explain the details of every model you inquire about.

We think MyeBike should improve some of its internal processes. We’re able to talk to some of them, and while they loved the overall service of the shop, they kept complaining about not receiving any response through email or text message.

Customer communication’s an important aspect of a business. As patrons of the shop, we’ll appreciate it if we’re being replied to because it makes us feel valued. 

Also, some orders don’t go through the system, and that frustrates customers when they visit the shop. We recommend calling first to make sure your bike’s ready before coming.

Giant Brisbane’s known for its good customer communication. We recommend this place if you’re a beginner, because the very patient and friendly staff will answer every inquiry you have without hesitation!

As beginners, we’re not sure about anything regardless of our enthusiasm. It feels good to be able to talk to people who know all the details and help you understand them.

That’s how efficient the staff are at Giant Brisbane! According to the customers we talked to, they loved that whether you’re a walk-in or will just pick up a bicycle ordered online, the staff always assist you from start to end of your transaction.

The store’s approach is very customer-centric, and we appreciate that a lot. In fact, the store also strictly honours the warranty for your bicycles, so you don’t have to worry about not being able to claim the services it entails.

One thing we kind of don’t appreciate though is the extra charges to customers during bike servicing. The shop does additional services to the bike, and while that’s generally okay, as customers we prefer it if we’re informed first.

Also, we need to warn you that the store sometimes doesn’t have all the bicycle parts you might need. Make sure to call first so you don’t waste your time visiting if the shop doesn’t have what you need.
