Pros

  • Very hands-on team of property lawyers
  • Has a cloud software for all files and documents

Cons

  • Some instances of delayed turnover of contract
  • A few reports of needing to improve client communication
  • No office on Saturdays

Adding to our list of the best property lawyers in Brisbane is The Real Estate Lawyer.

What’s great about them is that we can easily access all documents and information on our devices – 24/7! This tells us that we don’t have to wait for our lawyer’s next availability should we have simple queries about our documents.

Even better, all changes and updates will be reflected real-time, as all information is stored in a cloud software. No need to worry about security as the tech guys ensure that they keep client-lawyer confidentiality.

Even with this technological feature, the lawyers and staff from The Real Estate Lawyer still give sound advice and recommendations, which earns them top marks from us.

We’re even impressed with how hands-on they can be in giving clear instructions – from simple to complex matters.

Another thing we love about them is how they make every process as easy as possible. We love that they get to manage working with banks, accountants, and even real estate agents, which allows us to have a more stress-free transaction.

However, we’ve noticed that there were quite a few delays when it comes to contract turnover. A constant follow up is needed for more urgent requests.

Nonetheless, with their outstanding client service, we think that The Real Estate Lawyer deserves a good spot on our list.

Pros

  • Open seven days a week
  • Reasonably priced
  • Offers fixed-price packages
  • Free contract reviews

Cons

  • Few reports on slow revert over email and calls
  • Some instances of needing to improve attention to detail on contract information

Though younger than its counterparts, we love Legali because they know how to speak to their clientele across different sectors.

Because of this, we’re not surprised to see that they kept their mature loyal patrons and still attract the new crowd to trust their expertise.

What’s great about them is that they are open seven days a week, giving us the confidence that we can contact them on a more convenient day. However, we have our reservations when it comes to their slow revert over queries sent on their email.

We’ve also experienced lack of proper communication since they are quite unreachable through their phone, too. We know it could pose a hassle on the client’s part, but visiting their office may be the better option at the moment.

On a lighter note, we love that Legali is one of the property law firms that offer reasonable rates. They even offer fixed-price packages, giving us more peace of mind that there are no billshocks towards the end of the transaction.

In line with this, the law firm also offers free contract reviews. However, the same-day promise they claim on their website may not be always applicable, given their record of giving delayed responses.

All things considered, we still think that Legali is worth your time and effort, given their in-depth understanding of the market.

Pros

  • Excellent reachability and availability during office hours
  • Has a dedicated property lawyer assigned per case

Cons

  • Limited pool of property lawyers
  • Can only attend to limited number of clients
  • Slow turnover of documents
  • Not open on weekends

Joining our list of the best property lawyers in Brisbane is A.L.F.  Lawyers. The firm has been known to provide a more personalised service amongst its clientele, which makes them one of the top choices in the industry.

We’re not surprised to see that a number of clients are willing to line up to avail their services. However, due to the limited pool of property lawyers, A.L.F. Lawyers won’t be able to commit to a large number of customers.

On top of that, the firm is only open five days a week. Those who only have free time on weekends may have to choose another law firm, though.

On the other hand, we love how they remain hands-on to all their clients. We can easily contact them during office hours, allowing us to clarify and coordinate our queries for easy understanding.

What’s great about A.L.F. Laywers is their commitment in giving outstanding services. To ensure that their services are always aligned with the firm’s values and vision, only managing partners or property lawyers will handle any purchase or sale cases.

This gives us more confidence, knowing that the critical part of managing the property is in safe hands.

On top of that, the company ensures that their clients only coordinate with their dedicated property lawyer. This actually prevents critical details and solutions from being passed on from one team to another.

Pros

  • Quick turnaround time
  • No hidden fees

Cons

  • Rates could be lower
  • Some reports of lack of communication

For over 15 years, Rouse Lawyers has been a known player in the trade. Since then, the firm has been able to provide outstanding services to those who are in need of their property-related expertise.

In terms of rates, we love that there are no hidden fees, preventing any billshocks at the end of the transaction. However, we think that Rouse Lawyers fees could still be adjusted to match with the average price point in the industry.

On the other hand, this law firm has been known to provide a quick turnaround time. We love how they’re able to manage proper coordination with bankers, accountants, and real estate managers, which led them to have a smooth transaction.

Another thing we like about their expert team is that they walk us through the entire property law process. They always take their time in explaining legal rights, ensuring that all their clients are well-protected.

In line with this, we even admire that there are available references and quick guides on their website. This allows us to think that the guys from Rouse Lawyers are really committed to helping and educating the people of Brisbane.

However, we’ve sadly heard about a few instances of lack of communication from some of their property lawyers. Though we understand that they may be attending to other clients, it wouldn’t hurt to call back at their earliest opportunity.

Pros

  • Wide range of property law services
  • Uses PEXA for financial transfers and payments
  • Online portal of documents

Cons

  • Deals with a lot of clients
  • Not open on weekends

Since 2015, LaBlack Lawyers has been a sound player in the industry of property law in Brisbane. In fact, they have been the third firm in Queensland to be able to manage a four-party financial transfer through PEXA.

PEXA or Property Exchange Australia is the only electronic conveyancing platform that is capable of doing multiple transactions. This allows us to have more peace of mind that all financial settlements can be safely sent out electronically to financial institutions.

Clients agree with us that this has been one of the most convenient services from LaBlack Lawyers, especially that we no longer have to issue bank cheques, allowing for more secure and easy transactions.

On top of that, LaBlack also has an online portal of important documents from government, clients, and banks, allowing them to collate all vital information under one portal.

This also allows clients to fully access them anytime and any day they want. Security will not be compromised as the guys from LaBlack have strict cyber security measures in place.

Another thing we love about them is that there are case studies and other vital references about property law are available on their website. This tells us that the firm wants to keep their clients well-informed at all times.

However, those who would want to avail their services may have to queue a bit longer as LaBlack Lawyers has a full list of clients they currently attend to.

The firm is also not open on weekends. Those who won’t be able to commit time during weekdays may have to look for other property lawyers in Brisbane.
