These strengths are complemented by customized planning that fully respects personal preferences and routines. Throughout the process, the team is generally reachable 24/7, but we still received reports of delayed and curt responses to urgent questions. 

The upside is that if you need help navigating Home Care Packages or NDIS funding to cover a portion of your costs, staff members guide you at no extra charge. The same applies to in-home consultations.

Either way, in-home services still revolve around aged care and disability support. Whether clinical, like nursing assessments and therapy, or routine, such as house cleaning and grocery shopping, families say the team handles it all with ease. 

Backed by the Aged Care Quality Standards and the NDIS Quality Framework, the capability of these carers is hardly unexpected. More than three million care hours delivered further reinforce their training and 400 years of combined experience. 

Although we received reports of ignored callbacks and delayed mobility aids, we can’t deny that many clients felt more independent during visits. Additionally, the Support at Home Program makes care more affordable through annual government funding.

The nursing staff is considered the highlight of the Health N Home experience. Elderly and post-operative clients alike praise their dedication and skill across home and wound care, as well as bowel management. 

Moreover, as a top nationally registered NDIS provider of continence assessments, we also support continence products, including adult diapers and catheters. Here, their expertise in toilet training is evident and much appreciated by families. 

Care plans, meanwhile, are personalized to promote self-sufficiency and maintain an active lifestyle. So expect assistance with meal preparation, physiotherapy exercises, and community engagement. 

Even though the activities are well-intended, some can be difficult for clients, and slow responses to concerns can add frustration. Still, this doesn’t take away from their multiple funding options, including My Aged Care and ICARE insurance.
