However, we’re not pleased that there were a few instances of late deliveries. We think that Poco Posy should manage their schedule well, while incorporating possible delays and traffic jams that may happen.

Even though there are multiple couriers handling their daily deliveries, it may still help if the company will decide not to squeeze in too many deliveries in one full day.

On a lighter note, we love that Poco Posy lets us track our deliveries for our convenience. They can notify us via SMS once our floral arrangement is off to the recipient.

Customising flower arrangements can also be accommodated, giving us more freedom in choosing our own design option.

We are pleased to know that My Little Flower Shoppe is open even on weekends. They even offer same-day flower delivery services – every day!

However, there were a few instances of sending out wrong flower arrangements. We’ve also noticed a number of complaints about delivery delays.

We think that the company should provide attention to all disclosed details and requests to avoid providing wrong flower arrangements.
