When it comes to a healthy fitness environment, we recommend FitazFK Gym. We love that the gym embodies a supportive culture, which encourages every member to reach their fitness goals.

According to some of its members whom we talked to, they always feel welcome whenever they have a session. Everyone’s friendly and just focusing on their own fitness journey that you don’t need to worry about being judged or looked at.

The instructors are very motivating despite being strict. We love that they encourage you every step of the way, but at the same time respect your limits so you don’t feel pressured.

FitazFK’s members also enjoy the latest fitness equipment and well-maintained amenities. It feels more encouraging to work out if you have good equipment to use, and the gym has some of the best ones!

If you’re not a member and just someone who’s in the area for some business, you can still work out. You just need to pay $20, which to us is very cheap for a day pass considering you can use all equipment and facilities!

Just expect the gym to be full during peak hours though! It’s quite smaller than most fitness centres, so it gets a little packed during some hours of the day.

We recommend Olympia Body Transformation Gym for those who’re just starting their fitness journey and are intimidated by the idea of a gym. Many members we’ve talked to told us it has everything you need, and they’re not just talking about the equipment!

According to them, anyone would immediately love the atmosphere as well as the people. Everyone’s friendly and just minded their own business, which made them focus on their own goals.

The gym has top-class equipment too. We love that you have access to amenities and tools that can help you achieve your goal weight and shape. 

Speaking of equipment and facilities, we think you’ll love that the facilities are well-maintained and clean. After a hard workout, we all want to relax and have a good shower—and a clean one definitely hits the spot right!

We also want to commend the instructors, which are some of the reasons why members stay. They’re very competent, developing a fitness program that actually works for you and even assisting you whenever you’re having a hard time!

Don’t expect special offers on their membership perks though. It has the basics, which are the most important, but you might be disappointed at how ordinary the inclusions are.

In terms of support though—you’ll get everything you need! After all, fitness is a touchy subject for everyone, and motivation from people around you can help you focus on what you need to do.

If you ask us what we love most about Snap Fitness 24/7—it’s the location and the operating hours. It’s easy to visit since it’s located right at the heart of the central business district and the members have 24/7 access to its facilities.

And it has such good facilities and equipment too! We love the extensive range of machines for cardio, muscle training, and even weights. 

We also appreciate the gym’s layout, which makes it easier to move around and transfer from one equipment to another. Everything is arranged properly so there are lots of spaces for people to walk around without being a nuisance to someone’s training.

Being a Snap Fitness member also gives you access to classes like boxing and other types of fitness training. We appreciate that there are separate rooms for these specialised classes, which gives exclusivity and privacy to those who are attending.

It has a supportive atmosphere too, which adds to the reasons why the gym’s on our list. Encouragement goes a long way for everyone who’s trying their best, so we love that Snap Fitness members can get that from the gym.

We just want to warn you about the membership cancellation process though. It takes a long time so your refund might take a long time too!

If you’re looking for an affordable way to your fitness journey, we recommend becoming a member at Quany’s Gym! It’s the place to go if you have a limited budget for things like wellness, but at the same time want to see results for your efforts. 

We’ve had a chat with some of Quany’s members, and they told us that the gym has a good range of equipment and well-maintained facilities. We like that for such reasonable rates, members can use all the amenities. 

There are some pieces of equipment that need repairs though. But what we like about Quany’s is that they make sure to fix them immediately to avoid accidents while working out.

Another good news we think you’ll like—the gym doesn’t get too busy even during peak hours. You can use all equipment without having to wait for another member to finish with them.

This is also advantageous to those who are self-conscious while working out. You can have a bit more privacy as a Quany’s member.

We also appreciate how the instructors and staff are very helpful. They won’t hesitate to assist you and show you how to use the equipment, or even give advice when you need them (which is mostly applicable for beginners).

There’s plenty of parking spaces for your cars too! You don’t need to worry when you bring your car—there’ll always be a space for them.

There’s just one thing that we think needs improvement—shower rooms. Members will appreciate cleaner and more well-maintained shower rooms.

When we asked some gym goers why they became a member at TAFE Queensland South Bank Fitness Centre, they told us this—the gym has cheap fees. It’s a total blowout for them because they can use all the facilities for such a low-cost fee.

It’s in a good location too, which makes it accessible for everyone. We really love that this gym seems to be packed with a lot of benefits for its members—it’s no wonder it gets really busy during peak hours (early morning and late at night)!

We also appreciate how organised the gym is in terms of equipment layout. It’s easy for you to locate stationary bikes, treadmills, rowers, elliptical machines, weights, and other equipment without getting in the way of the other members’ training.

We think this is also good news for you—TAFE Queensland’s group fitness classes are starting to grow in terms of range. Soon, you’ll have more options to choose from.

We also want to commend the instructors, who really play a huge role in motivating the members. They’re always available if anyone needs help, and they won’t hesitate to give advice or a demo if you need one.

In terms of cleanliness, TAFE Queensland definitely passes the test! Its locker rooms and shower facilities are well-maintained and squeaky-clean.

We love the extra perks too like free assessments and programs for members. Who wouldn’t enjoy more benefits most especially if you’re already getting your money’s worth?

We’re just concerned about one thing—the customer communication skills of some gym staff. Knowing how to talk to patrons will gain more loyalty and give the gym the recommendations it deserves.

What we like about The Training Ground is their sense of community. Clients feel welcomed and part of a supportive environment.

We also find their trainings to be effective. Their trainers are are truly experts in what they do.

They have options for small group classes, such as Ground Rounds, which indicates a variety of workout options.

They’re great at confidence building and making the experience a comfortable one for everyone that walks in their premises.
