We’re also a little miffed that Decor Blinds replies slow to customers when they call about complaints. This can give an impression that their complaints aren’t heard, and the company can kiss repeat customers goodbye.

However, we think it’s worth noting that despite this delay, the company’s actually always willing to offer solutions. Once a staff gets in touch with a customer, the company immediately dispatches someone to fix the problem.
