It’s also quite commendable that they hired really attentive and thoughtful staff. Even though their services are mainly for dogs, we like how the company has made sure their staff will know how to handle and address their clientele.

Because of this, we’re not surprised to see that the company has been able to grow a solid client base since 1991. With their years of experience and outstanding services, Hanrob Pet Hotels deserves the spot on our list.

The highlight of this daycare is that they only accept a limited number of dogs on a daily basis. This tells us that the company can concentrate more on our beloved pets, ensuring a more relaxing and fun stay.

What we love about them is that they provide a full-day daycare activity and play with all the dogs. On top of that, a sleeping room is also available where pets can rest, or sleep.

As pet owners who are unused to not being around our dogs, we truly admire that they post pictures and videos on their social media accounts. Even better, they send us timely updates on the current activity of our dogs. 

However, we find their boutique a little small. Although they are able to accommodate quite a number of clients, we find queuing a little overwhelming.

Overall, we fell in love with their boarding process and how organised it was. We get to see our dog stroll through their daycare playgrounds along with other dogs and humans, which we love.

We will start by saying just how enticing it is to book an appointment on their website. We love that we can even check our preferred drop-off points and pick-up time.

Even owners can enjoy this offer with the company’s Puppy School program, a six-week course involving first aid, pet grooming, and feeding. We think that this is a thoughtful touch, knowing that they even extended their services to owners.

However, we’ve noticed that some of their staff can get a little impatient when some dogs are misbehaving. We think that they should look into this further, as some pet owners would not be comfortable seeing that.

Oz Wagtails doesn’t just offer services, they also make sure their boutique is complete with pet accessories. This makes them a convenient one-stop shop, perfect for owners who have limited time to do other errands.

Another thing we like about them is that they have a comprehensive website, allowing us to check out their complete services online. This helps in encouraging owners to bring their dogs under Oz Wagtails’ care.

From puppies to older dogs, we like that we can trust Oz to take care of our pets when we’re out of sight. They can even prepare training programs for us, which can help us understand our beloved pets even better.

It’s also worth mentioning that Oz Wagtails offers longer stays. Aside from their overnight packages, they also have holiday pet care packages.

We didn’t think twice about availing their pet holiday package since they have complete programs and cosy facilities for our pets. They have soft beds and individual fibreglass kennels, which we find impressive.

On top of that, they also have executive kennels, intended for possible emergency medical conditions for dogs. 

However, we’ve noticed that they need to revisit how they communicate with their clients. Even past clients have some complaints about the staff’s manner of communication.

Another dog daycare service provider that should be in our list of the best ones in the city is Barkley Park. 

What we love about them is that they remain active on their social media channels. This allows us to check recent updates and relative information about the dog daycare facility.

Among its counterparts, Barkley Park is one of the dog daycare service providers who has both indoor and outdoor facilities. This allows dogs to fully roam around in fresh, open spaces, which some clients prefer.

However, their outdoor area still needs some improvement in terms of cleanliness. We think that assigning more staff to man the outdoors would play a significant role.

On the other hand, small dog owners need not worry about their dogs being bullied by the big ones. Barkley Park provides an option for us to include the little ones in a small dog group, as they adjust. 

In addition to that, they also introduced an Initial Day program as part of their daycare services, where owners can let their pets test the waters first. This allows them to see if Barkley Park is the right daycare facility for their pets. 

Aside from the extra service that comes along with the dog daycare itself, the facility’s security and safe ways of handling the pets captured us the most. With this, we think that Barkley Park truly deserves a spot on our list.
