1. Sole Searching Reflexology – Redlands Brisbane Reflexologist

Website: solesearchingreflexology.com.au
Address: 3 Amity Court, Victoria Point
Contact: 0427 172 422
Hours: Monday, Wednesday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Tuesday, Thursday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM | Saturday, 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Sole Searching Reflexology offers specialised Reflexology Lymph Drainage, a technique that uses foot reflex points to support lymphatic flow. This treatment may appeal to clients managing certain health conditions or recovering from surgery.
Marlena, who leads the clinic, holds a three-year diploma. This gives her formal training beyond a short weekend course.
First-time visitors can attend a 75-minute consultation, where she reviews their health history before starting treatment. This helps her tailor the session to each client’s needs.
However, they don’t offer standalone upper-body treatments for concerns such as jaw or scalp tension. Instead, Indian head massage is only available as part of the $135 Total Relaxation service, so there’s no cheaper option for that treatment alone.
Still, for locals seeking specialised reflexology rather than general relaxation spas, this clinic is a more focused approach to foot care.
I can’t recommend Marlena highly enough!
I count myself so lucky to have found Marlena – she truly is an amazing intuitive and knowledgeable therapist, healer and a beautiful soul. I have been having reflexology treatments on and off for years with various therapists, but have never experienced the results that I get from Marlena! She has helped me with sleep issues, headaches, digestive and women’s issues as well as emotional healing…just to name a few. Her treatments are holistic and personalised to what my body needs to bring it back to balance. I can’t recommend Marlena highly enough!

I would highly recommend going to Sole Searching Reflexology if you are not feeling yourself
I was an emotional wreck after losing a family member recently. My treatment made me feel more balanced, it was so nice to relax for the hour! I had a great night sleep after my afternoon appointment. I would highly reccommend going to sole searching reflexology if you are not feeling yourself, in need of some ‘you’ time or just curious to see if you can feel any better than you already do.

2. Chi Link Acupuncture & Massage West End Soda Factory

Website: chi-link.com.au/
Address: Shop 16, Soda Factory, West End
Contact: (07) 3224 4040
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Chi Link uses a mapping system of 86 precise reflex points to stimulate nerve function and support circulation. This approach may appeal to office workers who regularly experience lower leg fatigue.
Instead of offering basic massage therapy, the team combines traditional foot massage with Chinese medicine techniques.
Each session also begins with a complimentary five-minute herbal foot bath to soften the skin before deeper pressure.
Plus, you can claim eligible private health rebates on the spot through their HICAPS terminal.
But remember, the foot bath counts towards your booked treatment time rather than adding extra minutes. So, a standard 60-minute appointment includes just 55 minutes of hands-on treatment.
Place was clean and receptionist friendly
Had very sore shoulders, they were able to fit me in within 25 min. While waiting was given free foot bath and goji berry tea which was lovely. Did the 90 min reflexology, remedial massage and cupping with Mark which was excellent, it was clear he was very experienced. Place was clean and receptionist friendly. Highly recommend.

3. Urban Thai Massage & Spa

Website: urbanthai.com.au
Address: Level 1, 161-163 Elizabeth St
Contact: 1300 499 555
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Urban Thai helps ease long-walk discomfort with a traditional wooden stick technique paired with warm, organic coconut oil. The therapist applies rhythmic, targeted pressure to the feet, making this treatment a useful option after a long day of shopping.
They also respect your time by setting aside a buffer before and after each session for changing clothes. This means you get every minute of your booked treatment without feeling rushed.
Plus, everyone receives a solo treatment room, offering more privacy than clinics with shared spaces.
But remember, the wooden stick technique uses concentrated pressure, which may feel too intense if you have sensitive soles.
To add, they don’t issue itemised receipts, so you can’t manually claim health fund rebates if their HICAPS machine declines your card.
The room was dimly lit and very relaxing and clean
On my first visit to Urban Thai, I booked my first reflexology session, with Kanya as my therapist. The room was dimly lit and very relaxing and clean. Her pressure was excellent and though I did enjoy the treatment, I don’t think foot reflexology is my jive, as I would prefer just a massage.
I will, however, certainly be a repeat customer. I will absolutely book Kanya for my next full body remedial massage, as she is knowledgeable, pleasant and very professional.
Can’t wait!

The environment is completely relaxing
I purchased a 90 minute hot stone and reflexology massage for my mum for Christmas. We both had the most amazing experience at Urban Thai & both agreed it was the best massage we had ever had. The environment is completely relaxing not to mention clean and tidy & the women were extremely professional & friendly. I couldn’t recommend enough!
Will definitely be back! 😊

4. Aroya Thai Massage & Spa Brisbane City

Website: aroyathaimassageandspa.com
Address: Level 2, 129 Margaret St
Contact: 0481855522
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:45 PM
Aroya Thai Massage & Spa Brisbane City is open seven days a week until 8:45 pm. These extended hours let commuters book an evening session and unwind before heading home.
Service-wise, they offer dedicated Thai foot massages lasting up to 60 minutes, separate from their full-body treatments.
The specialised Thai therapists combine traditional techniques with customised strokes to help you relax and restore physical balance.
Plus, all prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST), so you won’t face unexpected fees at checkout.
Unfortunately, the studio is on Level 2 and doesn’t have an elevator. This makes access difficult for wheelchair users and people with severe mobility issues.
The studio also limits standalone foot massages to 60 minutes, which may not suit clients who prefer longer sessions.
I would say she gives the best massage
I had 2 massages, both 60 mins remedial + 30 mins reflexology with Mook. Mook is an outstanding therapist with fluent English and a very caring manner. I would say she gives the best massage in Brisbane quite easily. It’s so difficult finding a good therapist that works with you when it comes to problem areas and also the right amount of massage pressure/firmness.
It’s a nice addition that the reflexology comes with a foot scrub beforehand.

The head massage was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation
The staff at Aroya are incredibly welcoming and professional, making me feel right at home. I opted for the head massage and reflexology, and it was nothing short of divine. The head massage was a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The therapist’s skilled hands worked wonders, easing tension and melting away stress. I could feel the knots in my neck and shoulders gradually dissipating, leaving me in a state of blissful tranquility.

5. Tantara Thai Massage & Spa Brisbane City

Website: tantara-thaispa.com.au
Address: Lobby Floor, PULLMAN King George Square Hotel, 2 Roma St
Contact: 0429 903 343
Hours: Monday-Saturday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM | Sunday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Tantara operates from the lobby floor of the Pullman King George Square Hotel. Their central location offers locals and travellers a convenient retreat just steps from major transport links.
The therapists adjust their pressure based on your feedback, so you can choose gentle strokes or firmer trigger-point work. Couples can also enjoy side-by-side treatments in the same room instead of being separated.
Plus, they welcome walk-in guests whenever therapists are available, making spontaneous visits possible.
However, instant HICAPS claims are only available for remedial treatments, so services such as reflexology can’t be claimed on the spot.
Additionally, they employ only female therapists, which may not suit clients who prefer a male practitioner.
The foot reflexology massage was so good for me
My partner and I choose a tension buster couples massage. Wonderful service. The room was beautifully clean and tidy. Both masseuses asked about any areas of concern. And pressure of service. The different oils used were good and left the skin feeling wonderful. The foot reflexology massage was so good for me I fell asleep! Wish we were staying longer so we could have another one!!
Would highly recommend.

The attention to detail and friendliness of everyone there was second to none
HIDDEN GEM! Booked in for a couples package for our anniversary and we couldn’t have been more happy. My partner loves a strong remedial massage, whereas I prefer a soft/medium relaxing massage. Neither of us were disappointed! The attention to detail and friendliness of everyone there was second to none. Our 2 hours of pampering left us both feeling rejuvenated.
As well as full body massages, I had a 24K gold facial and my partner a foot reflexology session. Was wonderful.
Will definitely be back!
