However, although they seem to have utilised their online platform, we have reservations when it comes to their response rate. We hope that they can assign staff who will solely be dedicated to reverting to clients, just to improve on this service.

Because of this, we’re not surprised to see that the company has helped residents in embracing a smoother move to the hustle and bustle of the city.

We even like how they extended this service for companies who would want to move their new executives in Brisbane.

In line with this, we love that the company has chosen good locations that are close to public transports, hospitals, and schools. We think that this is a nice touch, knowing that this will be highly considered by those who will be moving to the city.

It’s also quite impressive how they have an online portal to keep all reports, statements of account, as well as invoices – free to access, any time we want!

However, we have reservations when it comes to being passed on from one property manager to another. We believe that this can be inevitable at times, but it would help if they can provide a more seamless transition and turnover.

Nonetheless, we still think that they are worth a shot, especially that they take training and seminars seriously. Knowing that Bees Nees knows the latest trends and systems in the industry earns them top marks from us!

On the other hand, we like how their great customer service is backed up with a guarantee. It gives us peace of mind, knowing that Bees Nees City Realty will manage the property for free should we be unhappy with their service.

Glad to say this has not happened over the years, which tells us how serious their real estate agents are in giving better, personalised service to their clientele.

A smaller group of agents compared to its counterparts, Hutton & Hutton Real Estate is dedicated to deliver remarkable services, whether the property renting, selling, or buying.

Our team appreciates the focus the Hutton & Hutton real estate agents put into selling a property. We like how they thought of scheduling property inspections more than the average, which tells us that there will also be better chances of getting follow throughs.

We’re even more impressed to see the number of properties they have sold because of their outstanding remarkable process. This tells us how dedicated they are in making their campaigns work.

It’s also quite notable to see a good list of properties on sale on their website. We like that the listings are complete with all the necessary details, which even includes the date with the finest offer.

What we like about the company’s real estate agents is that they assist clients in making sound decisions when it comes to buying properties. We think that this is a nice touch, knowing that they take time in looking after their clients’ lifestyle.

However, since they only have a small team. It is understandable that getting assigned to a real estate agent may take more time than usual. 

In terms of rates, we appreciate that Hutton & Hutton offers a low deposit, which is not more than 10% of the contract. On top of that, the company can even hook their clients to good lenders with competitive offers.

Though the company seems to be handling the selling and buying aspects of real estate pretty well, we think there’s still room for improvement when it comes to their rental department.

We’ve heard quite a few complaints, which involve maintenance concerns on rental properties. We think that Hutton & Hutton needs to exert more effort in attending to these requests to improve the living conditions of the renters.
