Amazing customer service—that’s what we love about Super Alphago because who won’t love a shop that immediately attends to your calls when you need help? The shop treats its customers properly and addresses their concerns without delays!

We had a short convo with some of Super Alphago’s customers who had become loyal patrons over the years. They told us that it’s the aftercare they appreciate the most—one call for support, and the shop immediately dispatches a technician!

And it has never changed ever since they became customers. They also love the quality of the fitness equipment—their first purchased equipment is still working well until now!

The shop also has a decent display room featuring all the equipment. We love how the customers are allowed to try them first while being assisted by the staff so they can check which ones are perfect for them.

Speaking of staff, as customers, we’ll probably appreciate it more if some of them aren’t too pushy in selling us stuff we don’t need. It’s not a big deal, but it’s also quite a hassle at times most especially if we already know what to buy.

We’d also appreciate it if Super Alphago updates their online ads. Some discounts are still being advertised online even though they’re not applicable anymore, and this causes misunderstandings with customers.

As customers, we appreciate fast delivery and great customer communication. Other than the quality products, those are some of the few things Oli Joy Sports offers which makes them one of the go-to fitness equipment suppliers in Brisbane.

We actually feel like it’s difficult to cause a misunderstanding with customers if a store is as thorough as Oli Joy is when it comes to details. The staff always double-checks everything: product details, delivery location, & contact info before delivery!

This attention to details minimizes hassle for the customers. There are very rare cases of missing equipment parts, and delivery’s always prompt and fast!

We also love that Oli has a wide range of fitness equipment for functional training. It has benches and racks, all types of bars, weight equipment, and the best of all—new cardio machines!

Though we probably need to warn you that sometimes, the package can be hastily packed. If you find your equipment having little scratches because of careless handling, just let the store know because they’ll replace it or issue a full refund!

The fitness equipment at Oli Joy Sports are also quite pricier than some stores. But the quality and the customer service more than make up for the price, and we think the supplier’s still worth checking out!

Plus, it’s open the whole week! So if you don’t have time on weekdays to check out an equipment shop, Oli Joy is very much open to welcome you on weekends.

This might feel a little silly, but going to the store or browsing through their online catalog makes us feel like fitness is achievable without splurging. We need the right equipment to achieve fitness goals, and Elite Fitness makes it possible for everyone!

We also appreciate how the staff are always helpful and polite. When you visit and purchase the equipment, they don’t only discuss with you the proper installation, they also give advice on how to maintain your equipment so it’ll last for a long time.

And they do last for a long time! This is the reason why Elite Fitness has customers coming back—they said the equipment they bought years ago still functions well until now so they keep purchasing more from the shop. 

There’s one thing we noticed though—some of the staff need to be trained more on how to talk to customers. We know it’s difficult to explain product details to people, but it’s what customers need to purchase the right equipment.

We also think Elite Fitness needs to up its game in terms of customer responses. When we talked to some of its past customers, they also thought the store could be more prompt in replying to inquiries and complaints so as not to lose patrons.

Southside Fitness stocks all the most difficult-to-find fitness equipment. If you find yourself searching for a particular equipment that you can’t find elsewhere, this store probably has it—cardio, pilates, gym, and even boxing!

We’re not even kidding! We’re able to talk to some of its customers, and they told us how they searched everywhere for a particular piece of equipment and couldn’t find it, only to realize Southside stocks them all along.

We’ve already noticed the wide range of equipment the store has, so we’re not surprised that it has such a massive, varied inventory. Even those equipment that some stores stopped restocking, you can find it at Southside!

The prices are great too! Southside Fitness has different options for those with limited budget as well as for those who can splurge on more expensive brands.

What we think the store can improve on is related to communication. Most problems customers encountered were caused by miscommunication between staff, and between customer and staff.

First, some equipment have missing parts during delivery, which might have occurred during packing—there’s no double-checking that happened. Staff should always make sure that all parts are complete before boxing the equipment.

Second, the inventory’s not updated, and some customers were told that the equipment they needed was still available, but when they arrived at the store, it’s out of stock. This could turn customers away, but we think Southside could still improve on this.

CardioTech Treadmills is known for its flawless purchasing process. There’s no hassle in terms of ordering and delivery—you buy, you pay, and then the store will have the equipment delivered to you in no time)!

We truly appreciate how there’s a very rare delay in the transport of equipment because the store always makes sure to have yours delivered a few days after purchase.

We also love how the store has such an extensive list of equipment for different types of workout too (it doesn’t just sell treadmills despite its name!). We recommend going to the website first, so you have an idea which one to check out when you visit.

Oh, and we appreciate the delivery guys too! They’ll explain the installation steps while they’re assembling the equipment for you, and give you advice on how to attach each piece and clean them so you know what to do.

CardioTech should improve on making sure the equipment they have in-stock is still functioning well. There were a few cases of products needing to be replaced because some parts weren’t functioning properly anymore.

And there’s also the poor customer response. Some of the past customers we talked to mentioned how peeved they were because they received no response for a long time.

But other than those little improvements, we think CardioTech is still one of those trustworthy stores you can check out for your fitness needs. Just make sure you’re very specific with what you need so it can provide the best equipment for you!
