First on our list is Eagle Alliance Earthmoving, which is a family-owned operator in Queensland. The company’s been in the business for 30 years, which explains the long list of clientele it has—some of them have been working with Eagle Alliance for years!

In fact, we’re able to have a little chat with some of the company’s loyal clients. They said that in all the years they’ve been working with Eagle Alliance, they’ve always felt taken care of. 

We appreciate that the company uses topnotch, well-maintained machinery. And the fact that Eagle Alliance also has a lot of equipment and people working for them, it can cater to several clients all at once.

We also appreciate the office staff as well as the on-site operators. They’re easy to talk to, always willing to answer questions and explain things to you without making you feel inadequate—that’s good client communication right there!

We’re a little concerned about the company not being budget-friendly though. Eagle Alliance’s per hour rate can be more than what you’re willing to spend.

There are also cases wherein the contractors on site won’t finish the job within the promised timeframe. This usually results in additional hours and extra charges, which leaves a not-so-good impression to clients.

However, we still consider Eagle Alliance a reliable excavation contractor in terms of efficiency. The guys are experts in their jobs and are always willing to go the extra mile if needed.

As clients of a particular service, we appreciate it if things are made easier for us. In terms of booking, communication, and operation processes, we love that Provac Australia Pty Ltd simplifies everything for its clients.

First thing we noticed is how organised the company is in terms of paperwork. The staff work hard, even double-time, to deliver reports as well as complete all documentations within the agreed timeline—such efficiency!

Second, Provac has a painless booking process. Just give the company all the details so it can schedule a site visit, and before you know it, you’ll have the accurate quotation in your hands!

Third, Provac has good pricing, so there’s no need to worry so much about your budget. We appreciate that even though this is the case, the company still provides services that satisfy its clients.

In fact, that’s the reason why the company has earned loyal patrons through the years! According to some clients we’ve talked to, efficient on-site operators and polite staff are the company’s strengths.

We even heard about how the company immediately responds to emergencies. Bad weather, for example, has always been a hindrance to on-site work, but Provac always makes sure to send trucks and other equipment to prevent delays.

There’s one downside we’ve seen, though thinking about it, it’s really out of the company’s hands. Provac’s services are in-demand, and due to this, it’s sometimes difficult to find a schedule for you, so you might want to book earlier.

Chatting with a few clients of Herbies Earthmoving Pty Ltd helped us to learn more about the company’s services. They said consistency in communication and services were the reasons why they remained loyal.

In fact, most of these clients had been using Herbies for a decade, which assures us that it’s worth hiring them for excavation purposes. They said the office staff are very professional and the on-site operators are skilled and proactive.

We’re also adding fair pricing and investment on the latest machinery as to why Herbies is on our list. The company wants to maintain the quality of its output, so it invests in good excavation equipment and tools. 

We also love the communication process between the clients and the company. You’ll get regular updates as well as clear and concise reports on what’s happening on-site.

This is also the reason why it’s easy to ask Herbies for some last-minute requests or changes. Calls are always answered so the company can immediately send additional equipment or men on-site.

One downside though—Herbies has a tendency to cancel booking at the last minute, which can be annoying especially if there’s already a schedule. To be fair, the company reschedules immediately, but it still causes inconvenience on the part of the client.

What we love most about Ultimate Earthmoving—and we’re pretty sure the clients we’ve talked to would agree with us—is that the company’s honesty and professionalism are its main strengths. It’s very reliable and cost-efficient!

The company has a very competitive pricing—not cheap, but very reasonable. We also appreciate that there are no hidden charges—the company makes sure to give you an accurate cost for its services so there’ll be no surprise in the final invoice.

Another thing we love is how competent the on-site operators are. Upon site visit, they immediately see what needs to be done, identify site restrictions, and think of ways on how to overcome those problems during the excavation day.

We also like that the company’s very strict in following the clients’ requirements. They prepare the site based on what’s needed and leave it clean afterwards.

In addition, we appreciate that the on-site workers arrive on time and proceed to work without delays. This efficiency usually results in the job being finished earlier than scheduled—they work really fast!

Just a couple of things that need improvement, one of those is the delay in site inspections. The company really has a full schedule at times, but at least it makes sure to inform the client beforehand, which, to us, is good customer service. 

Another thing, you need to call to get a quote, but not all clients have the time to keep calling most especially if the lines are always busy. As clients, it’ll be convenient to us if there are other ways to request a quote like perhaps an online form or through email.

We’re very impressed with the way A-Team Earthmoving QLD deals with its clients. From the moment you book its services until the completion of the excavation project—everything’s easy!

One factor that we think contributes to this is the people that work for the company. The office staff are very helpful and responsive, always attending to client concerns and requests.

And then there’s the on-site operators. We had the pleasure of talking to some of A-team’s past and present clients, and they told us that the people onsite were efficient and time-conscious—they immediately got to work so they always finished on time.

These clients also added that they loved how the workers left the site clean and tidy. That’s one less cleanup the next contactors would need to deal with!

Another thing to appreciate—the front costing. You don’t have to worry about extra charges because they’re very transparent with the costs—every single detail’s stated on the quotation.

We think of only one disadvantage if you hire A-Team Earthmoving though—inefficient phone communication. Most of the time, no operators are available, and if the company promises to call back, don’t expect it to happen immediately.

Overall, A-Team’s one of the most reliable excavation contractors in Brisbane. The company’s consistent in providing quality service in a short amount of time–efficiency at its finest!
