Upon my arrival, the outdoor seating area at the cafe caught my attention with its stunning view. The modern and spacious interior is equally impressive, with large windows and an open-plan layout, allowing you to take in the view wherever you sit.
But let’s talk about the food. The Summit Cafe offers an extensive menu that caters to all dietary requirements, including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
From classic breakfast items such as pancakes and eggs Benedict to a range of delicious sandwiches, burgers, salads, and cakes, the cafe’s menu has something for everyone.
I opted for a classic eggs Benedict and a cappuccino, and I was not disappointed. The dish was beautifully presented and tasted as good as it looked.
The coffee was also excellent, and I could easily see myself spending hours here, sipping on a latte and taking in the view.
In addition to its food and coffee offerings, the Summit Cafe also has a gift shop, where you can purchase souvenirs and unique gifts, such as locally-made jewelry, pottery, and artwork.
One thing to note is that parking can be a bit challenging on busy weekends, so it’s best to arrive early or consider taking public transport. But believe me, it’s worth the effort to visit the Summit Cafe.
