They mainly stick to garden sprinkler kits and specific components rather than full landscaping work, which means you get a pretty wide range of complete packages and spare parts all in one place.

They’re also really helpful when it comes to planning, since they can guide you through mapping out watering zones and putting together a proper parts list before you buy anything. 

Plus, having a showroom in the city is handy if you want to actually see the gear in person before committing.

Just keep in mind that it’s a fairly small operation run by one person, so customer service capacity is limited at times.

Being part of the nationwide Irrigear network also means they’ve got access to a wide range of major brands and solid stock availability. They work across residential gardens, farms, and commercial sites, so they’re used to handling pretty varied setups. 

They’re also strong when it comes to troubleshooting pump issues and doing water audits to fix inefficiencies in existing systems.

Unfortunately, working with more technical systems can sometimes lead to a bit of friction. Some clients have noted communication mix-ups around wiring specs, and others weren’t always clear on who handles hardware faults after installation.

One thing they’re really good at is retrofitting hidden irrigation lines into mature gardens without wrecking the existing layout.

They also offer free system checks and no-obligation quotes, making it easier to figure out what’s going wrong if you’ve got leaks or broken valves. 

I like that their service area is pretty huge, stretching from the Sunshine Coast right down to northern New South Wales.

Do take note, though, that they do get booked out fairly often because of that wide coverage. Online enquiries can also take up to 2 business days to get a reply, so they’re not ideal if you need something fixed urgently.
