Pros
- Easy to book a schedule
- Offers convenient in-home sleep study services
Cons
- Additional charges
- Expensive equipment
What makes Sleep Clinic Services stand out to us is its in-home services. Imagine not needing to visit a sleep clinic for your tests because it’s delivered to your home and you can do it in your own bed—sounds cosier to us!
This convenience is what brought its clients to Sleep Clinic— they said it’s less hassle for them due to the flexible schedule. The sleep experts will still be the ones to interpret the patient’s data and they’ll still be the ones to give diagnosis and treatment as well.
Another thing we notice and appreciate about the clinic is that it’s so easy to contact them. A client has three options—a call, email, and contact form–and all of them are working properly, so if you have concerns, you can easily reach them!
We also want to admire how the in-house staff treat the patients. Other than being polite and professional, they’re also patient with explaining things and very accommodating with certain requests.
Probably the only thing that might turn clients off is related to the costing. While reasonable because the clinic’s using modern sleep machines, patients with very limited budgets might not be able to afford the fee.
But in terms of overall service and convenience, Sleep Clinic is the place to visit. From booking to actual sleep testing, you can feel how the clinic takes care of you, and the diagnosis and treatment are always on point as well.

Pros
- Accommodating clinic staff
- Reasonable rates
Cons
- Doesn’t call back regarding queries
- Uncomfortable room set-up
What we love about Siesta Sleep & Respiratory is how the clinic makes its clients feel welcome and less anxious. From being greeted warmly the moment a client enters to being treated nicely all throughout your sessions—it’s a clinic we’ll go back to!
What makes it better is that Siesta Sleep also offers in-home services just in case the patient can’t book a schedule on-site. Former clients told us they preferred the home service because of the prompt and competent staff—plus, less of a hassle for them!
Rates are reasonable so clients don’t have to overspend. We love that the sleep clinic’s very transparent with the pricing as well so clients don’t need to worry about being overcharged.
We also appreciate that the rooms and the common areas in the clinic are well-maintained as well as their machines. Of course we all want to make sure our sleep problems are correctly diagnosed so we’ll be treated properly as well.
The reports are comprehensive as well so clients can easily understand them. But they’re also thoroughly explained by their sleep experts as well to avoid misinterpretation—this is something we appreciate a lot.
By the way, we asked former clients what they thought about the clinic and they told us that in terms of services, they got the best. However, they also said the clinic needed to improve the room set-up—beds and room temperature made it a little uncomfy for them!
We also think the clinic needs to improve on their client responsiveness. Some of them complained about not getting answers to their inquiries, and that sent some of them away.

Pros
- Organised in-home set-up
- Accurate results
Cons
- Late callbacks regarding inquiries
- Need to bring the equipment back to the clinic
Even with the long wait for appointments, mySleep still gets a hefty share of loyal clients. According to them, in terms of diagnosis, the clinic provided a very accurate report that truly helped them improve their sleeping habits and cure their disorders.
We think it’s because of the process administered by the clinic. mySleep strictly makes sure that its clients are well-prepared before the sleep study so the information needed will be measured and collected properly by the sleep machines.
Very organised set-up which adds more to the comfort of the patients. We love how meticulous the clinic is in terms of fitting and giving instructions so the patients will know what to do with the machine they’ll be bringing home.
We love that the clinic makes sure the client attends the appointment with sleep machine technicians for the proper way of operating the machine. This ensures that the patient will get accurate results for accurate diagnosis and treatment options.
What we love about mySleep is that if a patient doesn’t have a personal doctor to administer the suggested treatments given after the results, it has its own treatment options. We love that there’s no need to find one because the clinic offers it as well!
We just noticed an inconvenience that might turn patients off. Don’t expect the clinic to pick up the machine in your homes. You need to bring the machine back on your own, which can be bothersome at times.

Pros
- Open on Saturdays
- Attentive staff
Cons
- Changes schedule at the last minute
- Needs improvement on online shop
When we asked clients what they think about Synergy Sleep, they told us how the clinic made them feel that its main concern was their health. The staff were very attentive and helpful, discussing all the information the client needed without hesitations.
Whether the client wants to do the test at the clinic, at home, or wants to buy their own sleep machines, the staff are always willing to assist. They’re also very good at explaining the results, which tells us that they’re reliable and competent as well!
We love that Synergy Sleep has an option for in-house sleep tests. Clients don’t need to worry either because the sleep machine technicians are very knowledgeable and thorough, and will teach them properly how to operate the machine in their own homes.
We also appreciate that the clinic is open on Saturdays. There are clients who feel more comfortable letting the experts do the tests, so those who want to visit the clinic face-to-face can do so.
The results are accurate as well, so the patients are assured of proper diagnosis and treatment. Sleep disorders affect our day-to-day functions, and getting the proper help will improve the way we deal with daily things.
Synergy Sleep offers sleep-related accessories, so we noticed the need for improvement in its online shop. It’s not updated so when the customer puts something on the cart, it’s suddenly out-of-stock so the customer has to choose again.
Another thing is, the clinic sometimes re-books a patient at the last minute, which can be inconvenient on the part of the patient. We hope Synergy can improve on this so it can serve its clients better.

Pros
- Focuses on sleep issues of babies and toddlers
- Comprehensive consultation whether via phone or in-home
Cons
- Takes ages to respond to emails
- Arrives late at times
We can’t help but add The Baby Sleep Company in our list because it focuses on babies. For parents whose babies or toddlers are suffering from sleep issues, The Baby Sleep Company is the perfect clinic for you.
We love that the services of the company are really catered for families. Consultations, for one, can be done either via phone or face-to-face, but both are within the comforts of your own home for the convenience of the children.
The thing about dealing with kids is that the methods used are different from that of adults, and a really competent sleep specialist is needed for this. We’re happy that The Baby Sleep Company actually has them so the kids are in safe hands.
We love that the sleep specialists employ more gentle techniques that don’t involve a lot of machines. They visit the homes for the comfort of the baby or the toddler, and then do the sessions there, which in turn also help the parents as well.
Some parents we were able to talk to told us that the techniques were really effective. Just after a few sessions, the sleeping habits and patterns of their kids really improved a lot.
The rates are family-friendly too! Parents can fix the sleeping issues of their kids without needing to shell out too much—and with all those effective techniques too!
There’s just a couple of improvements we think are needed—late response to inquiries and late arrival during appointments. The good news though is that these things aren’t related to the quality of the service and can be easily rectified.
