The 5 Clinics with the Best Microdermabrasion in Brisbane's Homepage

The 6 Clinics with the Best Microdermabrasion in Brisbane

Experience – Regardless of the treatment, it’s important to know the experience of the staff. Are they licensed and regulated healthcare professionals?

Availability – It’s common for aesthetic clinics to require an appointment, so we checked how soon you can book one for microdermabrasion.

Facilities – Does the aesthetic clinic have complete facilities? We checked whether the clinic is equipped with full-range medical equipment and tools.

Price range – While it’s tempting to go with the most affordable microdermabrasion, the lowest rates don’t always equate to excellent service. Price should be competitive and realistic at the same time.

Pros

  • Smooth appointment system
  • Friendly, experienced staff
  • Multiple branches
  • With payment plans

Cons

  • Higher price point
  • Difficulty in securing an appointment

With four locations scattered in Queenslands, Brisbane Skin & Laser Clinics is easily one of the most accessible aesthetic clinics in the area. There’s probably a branch near your home or office.

The great thing about an aesthetic clinic with multiple locations is that you can try another branch if your preferred one can no longer accommodate you.

It makes sense why Brisbane Skin & Laser Clinic would have more than one branch as their clinic never runs out of patients. Speaking from experience, it was quite hard to secure an appointment that matched our schedule.

That’s probably the only problem you’ll encounter with them. Once you’ve successfully booked a slot, everything else will flow smoothly.

On the day of our microdermabrasion session, their doctors and nurses took the time to comprehensively explain the entire procedure. This included advice on what to do after the treatment.

Their microdermabrasion makes use of non-invasive LED lights to exfoliate the skin and target other problem areas. Our session only took less than an hour, so we were able to get back to our regular routine immediately.

These guys don’t offer the most pocket-friendly microdermabrasion in Brisbane, but we appreciate that they have payment plans for customers who can’t settle the fees upfront.

2. The Facial Hub

Pros

  • Informative website
  • Great customer service
  • Open on Saturdays

Cons

  • Instances of poor service by selected staff
  • Strict with scheduling

Another aesthetic clinic that offers microdermabrasion in Brisbane is The Facial Hub. These guys are known for providing an extensive range of cosmetic services, from non-invasive procedures to bespoke facial treatments

Equipped with cutting-edge medical and aesthetic technology, it’s not surprising that these guys were able to build a solid and growing client base over the years. This allows them to maximise their expertise to address all sorts of skin problems.

We especially like that they can do two types of microdermabrasion at different price points, with one being more suitable for acne-prone and dull skin and the other for dry skin types.

This means you can choose which procedure matches your skin type and can best resolve the issue you’re dealing with.

Customer-service wise, The Facial Hub doesn’t fall short. It might be hard to secure an appointment with their volume of patients, but their staff will work with you to find a schedule most amenable for you.

All these come at a quite hefty price, though, so it helps to manage your expectations when it comes to their prices. The good news is that new patients can receive a 50% voucher if they sign up on their website.

Pros

  • Online appointments
  • Competitive pricing
  • Friendly, welcoming staff
  • Carries skincare brands

Cons

  • Limited availability
  • Customer service could be improved

Soho Skin Management is headed by Maree Andersen, a globally renowned clinic facialist. Certified in skin therapy and non-invasive laser technology, she has an in-depth knowledge in types of skin functions and conditions.

Maree’s credential alone is enough to convince someone to check out her clinic, but there’s more to her than recognitions and achievements.

The best thing about her salon is that it doubles as a shop for all things skincare. That means you could get your monthly facial and your skincare needs all in the same place.

Maree’s salon offers three types of microdermabrasion, each targeting specific skin types and conditions. Each treatment includes a double cleanse, soothing hydration spa, and an exfoliation scrub.

Most aesthetic clinics with microdermabrasion in Brisbane don’t offer these additional procedures, so this is a huge plus in our books!

Another thing we like about Soho Skin is the competitive pricing, so it’s a worthy option if you have a slightly tight budget to follow. The cost of their microdermabrasion sessions is a lot cheaper than most beauty salons.

However, we would appreciate it if Soho Skin invested a bit more in their customer service. We found it a bit difficult to get in touch with their staff whenever we had questions.

Pros

  • Open 7 days a week
  • Friendly, accommodating staff
  • Cosy, relaxing vibe at the clinic
  • Easy booking of appointment

Cons

  • Limited treatments
  • Client coordination could be improved

Established over 20 years ago, T. Aesthetics Clinic has grown into one of the most trusted sources of effective microdermabrasion and other anti-aging treatments in Brisbane. Here’s why we’re huge fans of them!

The appointment system is so seamless and hassle-free! All you have to do is go to their website, pick a treatment, choose the most convenient date and time, and then wait for the confirmation.

Unlike with other clinics where booking an appointment already feels like a bloodbath, you won’t go through the type of hassle here.

Another thing we like about it is that they’re open even on Saturdays and Sundays, which is quite rare for beauty clinics in the area. This is good news for busy customers who can only schedule their treatments on weekends.

There are also lots of online deals on their treatments on Groupon. If you’re lucky enough, you can score a deal for a full-face microdermabrasion for two people for only $78.

Although the scope of its beauty treatments is limited compared to other aesthetic clinics, you have nothing to worry about if you only need microdermabrasion.

Pros

  • Friendly, accommodating staff
  • Cosy, relaxing vibe at the clinic
  • Easy booking of appointment

Cons

  • Limited treatments

We recently visited About Face Brisbane for a microdermabrasion treatment, and the experience was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the clinic’s calming atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel at ease.

Furthermore, the expertise of the technicians was immediately apparent. They carefully assessed our skin and tailored the treatment to meet our specific needs.

Moreover, the treatment itself was both relaxing and effective. The process was gentle yet thorough, leaving our skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Additionally, we were impressed with the clinic’s commitment to hygiene and safety. The equipment was impeccably clean, and the procedures followed were of the highest standard.

Transitioning to results, we noticed an immediate improvement in our skin’s texture and appearance. The microdermabrasion treatment significantly reduced dullness, revealing a healthy glow.

Also, the aftercare advice provided by the technicians was detailed and helpful. We appreciated the follow-up communication to ensure our skin was responding well to the treatment.

To add, the pricing at About Face Brisbane was fair and transparent. The quality of the service made it a great value, and we felt our investment was well worth it.

Finally, we are delighted with the outcome of our visit. About Face Brisbane delivered a top-notch microdermabrasion experience that left us feeling more confident in our skin.

Pros

  • Detailed website
  • All-around beauty clinic
  • Reliable customer service

Cons

  • Higher price point
  • Deals with lots of customers

From minor skin concerns to major skin conditions, Complete Skin & Beauty Salon is armed with the right people and equipment to give every customer a comfortable and safe treatment.

Once you experience the care of their beauty therapists, you’ll understand why Complete Skin & Beauty Salon is one of the most prominent beauty salons in Brisbane. These guys know all about making sure that customers have a wonderful time.

They know that there’s no one-size-fit-all approach to skin issues, so they carefully customise their skin treatments to suit each patient’s goals, needs, and concerns. This tells us that they really know what they’re doing.

Although the customer experience throughout and after the treatment was excellent, we did find that they struggled a bit in handling the huge volume of their customers. This often leads to delayed response to messages and calls.

As expected, their rates are far from pocket-friendly, with their cheapest microdermabrasion priced at $59, so we can only recommend them if you don’t have extra bucks to spare.
