Except for the booking staff who probably needs more training on customer service, the inspectors themselves are easy to talk to. We love how they’re responsive to clients and are always available to explain things when needed. 

Possibly the only thing that might make you look the other way is Action Porperty’s rates. Given the top-notch service, the somewhat high pricing is understandable, but it’s still better if the company has options for those with a limited budget.

We love that Ajor Inspection is one of those companies that make things easy for its clients. In terms of the process, Ajor makes sure that home inspection is hassle-free for its clients—from booking down to the handing of the final reports.

Initial booking can be done easily because the company’s easy to reach and very responsive. We like the fact that you don’t need to spend too much time trying to call because the line’s busy or sending too many emails because you’re not getting replies. 

We also appreciate that Ajor is very transparent in terms of pricing so when you visit their website, you can see the rates along with the details. Clients can work around with their budgets because the details are all there, and that’s a good thing!

Speaking of details though, you might need to check the service inclusions with Ajor to make sure you’ll have the information you need by the end of the inspection. Some clients expected too much without reading the full agreement.

Another thing we appreciate is that the inspectors don’t mind adjusting schedules for the clients—very accommodating. According to said clients, there were times when things got delayed because their agents were late, but the inspector always stayed and waited.

Reports are also submitted on time, which is very important. They’re not as complete as you might like, but at least they still contain useful details that can help you in your decisions. 

When it comes to pre-purchase inspection, Ironside Building, Pest & Pool Inspections does it best. According to its former clients, the company has really expert inspectors who never miss even the smallest details—and that’s a great thing!

And we agree as we also notice how thorough the inspectors are. In fact, they don’t mind getting dirty and crawling on the floor to inspect every single space just to make sure they don’t miss anything.

Home inspection requires attention to details because you need to see all potential threats before you purchase a house or a building. If inspectors can spot even minute defects, this can save us from potential major problems in the future.

We also love that they’re very patient with their clients. They don’t mind answering or explaining details about their initial findings on the site. 

The best thing about it—the reports arrive on time! You don’t need to wait for long because most of the time, the clients receive the report on the same day, complete with all the breakdown of the issues you need to address.

We only see a couple of things that need improvement, and they’re related to customer responsiveness. Lines are always busy, which is really bothersome to clients and also some emails remain unanswered.

Other than those couple of minor issues, Ironside is worth checking out. In terms of the quality of home services inspection, the company’s there on top of the list.

When you ask us what we think is Super Inspect’s best asset, we’ll tell you it’s the inspectors and their professionalism. It’s always easier to deal with a service provider if there’s a good relationship between the client and the people of the company.

In fact, the former clients we talked to agreed with us because they experienced how easy it was to deal with the inspectors. The guys answered all questions the clients had during the inspection, and broke down all the details one by one for them.

We love that in every major issue they see, they immediately explain what needs to be done on the spot. This way, the clients will already have an idea about some of the issues they need to resolve about the house or the building.

We also appreciate how the inspectors are responsive to the calls and text of the clients. We think it’s commendable that they’re easy to get a hold of whenever the clients need to clarify some details from the reports.

Speaking of the reports—we think you need to expect a really long report. Super Inspect’s inspectors are extremely detailed that they write every single thing on the report—some of which are not that important at all.

We also probably need to warn you that sometimes inspectors arrive late on site. Super Inspect is a family-operated business so the company doesn’t have a lot of manpower, hence most of the time the inspectors need to cater to several clients in a day.

When it comes to efficiency and timely delivery, we think the inspectors at Twinspectors are leading the game. They assess properties quickly and also give reports in a timely manner so you don’t need to wait for a long time to get them!

In addition to this, past clients actually mentioned to us that they learned about Twinspectors because of their real estate agents. We like that the company has been trusted by property agents for years, so this speaks of its credibility.

In terms of pricing, Twinspectors is one of those with the best rates. You don’t need to spend too much for a thorough home inspection.

We also think you’ll appreciate how the reports are made—the details are broken down into specific items and are explained using layman’s terms. This is advantageous to you as a client because you won’t have a hard time understanding the reports.

And lastly, we think it’s also worth mentioning that Twinspectors really builds a long-lasting relationship with its clients. We heard from some clients that the company still answers their questions about reports given months ago when they call!

One thing we see as a problem though is that sometimes inspectors miss a few minor defects, which can lead to potential future problems. We hope they can be a little more careful so as not to miss any details.

Also, Twinspectors need to improve on its booking system. Some clients we talked to complained about schedule changes because the details had been mixed up.
