We’ll know that a shop is all about providing good service when it gives freebies without extra charges. Albion Muffler Shop does just that—if the technicians notice things that need to be fixed outside of the contract, they still fix them with no additional payment!

We love how that shows the Albion’s dedication to serve its customers. It makes you trust the shop so you’ll keep coming back to them if you need the type of services it offers—from mufflers and exhaust systems to tyres and wheel alignments.

Another thing we appreciate—it’s easy to get a hold of anyone over the phone. So if you have muffler or exhaust systems emergencies, the shop can easily take care of them.

Its lack of proper website is a contrast to its extensive services though. While the website is easy to navigate, it lacks information that you might want so you might as well just call the shop straight.

We’re also a little vexed that sometimes the technicians rush the job, which results in unrefined fitting. It’s a good thing though that Albion immediately rectifies it, though the inconvenience it has cost couldn’t be taken back.
