While it’s great that they have a wide selection of products available, some of the products can be quite expensive and aren’t suitable for regular grocery runs. 

Also, although the presentation of products is great, they appear to use too much plastic packaging which isn’t very eco-friendly and also makes the products difficult to open. 

Carve It Fruit Cart offers a perfect gift if you want to surprise someone with flowers, and for a bigger surprise, it’s edible and healthy, too! They provide not just your ordinary fruit basket, but intricate edible flower arrangements and art! 

We love how the arrangements look like real flowers and you could see how every detail has been thoughtfully created. It’s worth noting that the owner, Tong, has been a food artist for over 15 years and also studied the art of floristry. 

It’s quite impressive that he was able to combine his skills to make beautiful edible creations by using fruits, veggies, and chocolate. Not only that, his goal is also to encourage kids to eat healthier through his food art! 

In addition, he does fruit carving demonstrations and carved food displays at shopping centers, events, and special occasions, as well as workshops for kids. 

His edible fruit bouquets start from $90 for a small bouquet, $105 for medium, and $125 for large. We think the prices aren’t bad for the type of fruit bouquets he creates, so it would definitely be worth it. 

For standard designs, you should order at least 48 hours in advance, and note that for custom designs, you should order at least 7 days in advance. 

Although, delivery isn’t available at the moment and they don’t have a physical store, so it would be better if you can personally pick up your order from his home in Tenerife.

Our only issue is that their location is a bit far from the Brisbane CBD as they’re in the Ipswich area. They do offer delivery, but if you wish to pick up personally then it would be a 40-minute drive.
