Excellent rental with good price and terrific services

I rented a car from Brisbane and returning to Gold Coast during Easter Holiday. Angela in Brisbane airport greeted us like friends and she drove us to the depot around 10 mins from airport. We found the car in excellent condition and full insurance covered.

There’s a bit of confusion for returning car in Gold Coast. Out of expectation, Angela did reply whatsapp during holiday! Amazing services and good car.

Entered into an initial 6-week car hire and all went very well from the start, ie having the car ready at Brisbane Airport, and great condition (no having to find a rental desk that is never attended – just clear instructions and pick up the car and go).

4 Weeks into the agreement, had to extend for another 8 weeks and team was great in supporting requirements. I never felt like I did not have support.

Just note that their Metro vehicles are restricted to approximately 55 km from the city centre, whilst out-of-Metro cars allow travel beyond that area within Queensland, subject to rental conditions. Be sure to map out your itinerary in advance.
