I had the honor, or should I say dishonor, of sending my pet off first. My buddy was the eldest puppy in the litter, so I thought that it was only right that he got his service first. For that, I chose Pets Forever Cremations.

They had various packages, each coming with unique memorabilia and customized things to honor pets. I went with and highly recommend the Silver Class Package.

It had so many things, including a private individual cremation service, a customized urn with an engraved plaque for an additional fee, a certificate of cremation, and so much more. I believe that everything was precious and made everything special.

Moreover, I really appreciated the workers, Ryan and Kim, for making the process smooth and easy. I trusted them to honor my friend, and they did that extremely carefully and respectfully. Their facilities were also clean and quiet, which I also liked.

I have zero regrets with going to Pets Forever Cremations because my goodbye was really done properly. I loved every minute of the service and the options they gave me to choose from. It was a wonderful sendoff for my companion.

The only downside was that the services can be quite expensive. However, with the love I have for my dog, I was willing to pay whatever the amount to make him happy one last time. The prices can be off-putting to potential customers, though.

I cannot express how much appreciation we have for Ryan and Kimberley, they made me feel like our pet was the only one they were taking care of, even though that’s not the case. Ryan was fantastic in his explanations on how everything worked, and the communication from him and Kimberley was on point. I am so happy we decided to go with a private cremation, and even happier that we chose Pets Forever Cremation. Made a difficult time that much more bearable

Had a really great experience with this family run service at what was a very difficult time for us as a family losing our 14 year old cat. It was the litter’s second-born’s turn to have her cremation service. My friend trusted Together Forever Pet Cremation to be in charge of the delivery.

From the first phone call, we could already tell that they were empathetic and more than willing to be entrusted. It was a difficult time, but their words of reassurance definitely brought comfort to all of us, especially to the owner of the deceased dog.

There was a moment where my friend didn’t dare to make decisions because of the overwhelming feeling of sadness. Despite this, the people displayed patience and respect before they asked questions for preferences calmly.

It’s admirable how much they really care for our furry friend who just passed. They also gave six different options for brass urns, among which our friend chose a baby pink one. The quality was outstanding and was perfect for a memorabilia.

However, there were more urn styles and colors available at varying prices. They offered castings, keepsakes, and even jewelry as well, but never forced us to purchase. The mere fact that they have that many options for customization is a huge plus.

The service didn’t come without a few hiccups, though, as the pricing was expensive. Additionally, the turnover time was quite long, as it went over two weeks. My friend waited long for the ashes to arrive, which made it difficult for the moving on process.

Our goodbye was sudden. Our little family was a wreck. It’s not something we planned for and was so out of our depth. We can not thank Kylie and her family enough for the care, love and understanding  given as we tried to make these sudden decisions. When it was time for our next friend to say goodbye to his pet, Pet Angel Funerals was his choice of service. He immediately called, and they were very easy to communicate with. They already knew what to do, but they also asked for personal preferences.

This friend of ours took it the worst when preparing for the service. The loss really hit him harder compared to the rest of us. However, the staff were extremely patient with him. He grieved for about half an hour straight, and he was never bothered.

It’s also worth mentioning that the firm offers great packages that are very presentable and easy to understand on their website. Speaking of their website, it’s probably the best we’ve seen in the set of businesses we explored.

Given the excellent service and some staff trying their best to stay respectful, some people there did lack empathy based on the tone and volume of their voice. In one instance, they were joking around while the said friend was crying. Just disrespectful.

Additionally, their scheduling needs some work because added memorial products really take weeks to months before they’re delivered. It made the healing process become delayed, and we didn’t want that. 

They definitely need to improve in those areas if they want their customers to remain loyal. Regardless, the service was top-tier and classy, just the way our friend liked it.

Everyone was beyond compassionate

My mum and I recently lost our fur baby of 12 and a half years, it was very unexpected and we were really lost on what to do. From the very beginning everyone was beyond compassionate, caring and very calming during an unbelievably heartbreaking time. Extremely professional

This is the second time we have used Pet Angel and they were fantastic both times. They were sympathetic and kind and I was comforted to know that my beloved pet was in safe hands. For the next member of the deceased from the litter, our friend wanted a more affordable yet special service. After a little searching for prices, we found My Best Friends Farewell Pet Cremations.

What we really found convenient was that they do transfer services from where the deceased was to their facilities for a fee. And, like all services on this list, they also have way cheaper packages.

The workers mentioned that the business is family-owned, and they really love pets. That certainly showed with the way they handled the process– they were very respectful and gentle. They were also very empathetic and reassuring from the first phone call.

Our friend also availed of the unique same-day cremation to get everything over with– to begin with the moving forward process. While everything put together meant the fee wasn’t as affordable, the base cost was still cheaper compared to other businesses.

And, while we appreciate how excellent their service was, we would’ve liked more options for packages. Perhaps one with almost all memorabilia would’ve been good so that we didn’t have to worry about stacking up additional payments for services.

More than amazing to work with

Dee was more than amazing to work with through such a difficult and heartbreaking time she made the whole process from start to finish, so much lighter. You can feel her compassion and sincerity through every bit of communication and I’m so grateful we found you and your team and thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking care of our boy at the end of his life. A stickler for perfection

I want to 100% recommend BFF Pet Cremation Services to any of you who wish to bring your loved pet home. This week we lost our beloved 14 year old Ruby and from my first email and phone call with Dee to her personally arriving at my house last night, 3 days after Ruby’s passing with her ashes, framed photo or Ruby with her paw print, a clip of her hair and the most beautiful little tin with her ashes, the care and concern she had for us and her professionalism is second to none. Getting to know Dee and knowing she has been a Funeral Director, I was so impressed as she gets it when we are grieving our loved lost humans or fur babies. She has that beautiful understanding of grief.

Since all of our pets received their respective cremation services, we had to interview others about their experience with another place we found.

We met someone who had recently lost their decade-old cat. They were more than willing to take us with them through the process since they appreciated our company. Our new acquaintance availed the services of Pets Eternal and had great things to say.

First off, they mentioned that the workers were very concerned and shared grief with them. They even offered counseling over the phone which was a very thoughtful gesture. 

Additionally, they had lots of options for packages. Pets Eternal never wanted to sway the conversation to money talks out of respect. The company was patient and soft spoken, often giving recommendations after asking a few questions about the pet.

Our new friend went with the Eternal Paw Package with a Timber Box because it looked elegant yet simple. It didn’t come at a cheap price, though, but they were more than willing to invest in the services to give their cat a good farewell.

Moreover, Pets Eternal offered pet burials, which was a unique option. The owner didn’t go with it, but it was nice to know that the company also has spaces to serve as the final resting place of beloved companions that passed away.

However, as smooth as everything was, the fees certainly raised eyebrows. Thankfully, our acquaintance was more than able to afford all things. Still, if the prices dropped down, then maybe more people will be able to avail Pets Eternal in the future.

They went above and beyond

I had to leave a review for this business because they went above and beyond. I lost my dog Milo and every single step of the way the staff were caring and empathetic. It gave me such a sense of comfort knowing that he was in safe hands until he was returned to me. Pete delivered my boy home one last time, and I’m so glad it was Pete who did the honours because he was so genuine and took time to chat to me and understood how difficult it was for me. The ladies who phoned from the office were lovely and also very caring during the process. I highly recommend this business.
