Since this was all my plan, I had to go first and look for a reliable company to work on my desired granite countertop. After a quick search, I immediately went for Affordable Stone Benchtops. I’m a frugal person, so the name was enough for me to contact them.

First off, they were very quick to reply! The communication was clear, and they asked me questions about my preferences first instead of providing options from their already wide portfolio. I enjoyed talking to them about my plans, so that’s a great start!

After that, I was asked to provide measurements through their website so they can have a better vision of what I wanted. I was amazed that there was a section for that! The site was user-friendly and complete. And I haven’t even mentioned free quoting!

They provided an affordable cost, an efficient timeline, and workers that were respectful and passionate throughout the entire process. After a few weeks, my kitchen looked luxurious with grey granite! A great service does miracles for you.

I must admit that I was skeptical at first, though. That’s because I noticed that some staff were unenthusiastic and even rude at the showroom when I was choosing my preferred design. Perhaps a little more training would make the firm even more commendable.

Can not speak highly enough of these guys

I can not speak highly enough of these guys. From the first Enquiry email to them through to the benchtop being installed, everything ran smoothly and we knew at all times where the order was at. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone

Right from my initial contact with Greta who is gorgeous and so helpful, to Bahrat who measured perfectly, to Mick who took old benches off etc and who was so co-operative to Brett and Brad who took great care to fit benches, my experience was streamlined, professional and they were all lovely to deal with. I am delighted with the finished job and the stone looks amazing. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.  I was in customer service for 25 years, so I am sometimes disappointed with companies, but definitely not with them.

My auntie follows a black & beige theme when it comes to her home. She already has beige walls in her kitchen, so she looked for a company that provides black granite. We found Brisbane Granite and Marble for her and immediately contacted them.

From the get-go, we already knew what we were going to do. The process of inquiring, quoting, designing, etc. were all listed down on their website! We never felt lost during the planning phase because most of the information could be found without asking.

After my aunt did her thing with the pre-installation, which she deemed as “highly customizable,” the workers arrived on-the-dot based on the daily schedule that they gave. What impressed us, though, was how precisely they measured everything!

Additionally, the workers minimized the noise in the house and were very respectful when asking questions. They even gave us advice on what to do once the installation was finished– about cleaning, maintenance, and if the countertop was damaged.

We appreciated all of those things about the company, but what we found lacking was that they were prone to mistakes during installation. Some parts of the countertop edges had cracks and breaks, but they were able to fix them immediately.

Still, we would’ve liked a more flawless installation because the workers already had the personality. Maybe a little more care would be enough, but regardless, my aunt now has her beautiful black & beige kitchen complete with a nice black granite countertop!

I am so impressed with everyone

I am so impressed with everyone at Brisbane granite and marble. Firstly their efficiency in completing all of our benchtops with a faster turnaround than normal. Then the quality of the benchtops. My sister has somewhat of a tropical-themed home because of her love for beaches. With that, we found it difficult to look for a supplier with options that can match the style that we were looking for. That was until we found Masterpiece Granites Pty Ltd!

Out of everyone on this list, I can say that these guys had the best designs and most personalized service! The options were unique, some even colorful and looked luxurious. They were patient with us, and very willing to answer all questions we had.

The employee over the phone showcased excellent communication, and when we visited the showroom, they knew exactly what they were talking about! They explained where the rocks came from, how they were carved, and what they’re best for.

We were very satisfied with everything, but the highlight of the entire service was their competitive pricing. For a company that has options that look like pieces you’d find at a rich man’s house, they gave affordable quotes!

Moreover, the installation of my sister’s “Sandy River” granite countertop was so seamless and quick that we never even noticed when it was done– there was little to no disturbance in the house, and the workers just did their thing. Really a first-class service!

The only downside? We wish that they show more options in their website Gallery so other people can see more products they offer. They already have everything except a big enough catalogue to show potential clients, so that’s one thing they can work on!

Professional workmanship is of high standard

I have just had Masterpiece granites install our new kitchen benchtop I purchased from them for the kitchen, I  absolutely love it. They are very friendly  and helpful with great prices, the professional workmanship is of high standard, I recommend them to everyone who is looking for granite you got to look at the black forest granite, they have a lot of different ones available and I got to say the biggest variety to choose from that I have seen and I have looked everywhere.

For my mother, what matters the most is the quality to get her value for money. She prefers a more personal service– people she can communicate with comfortably as partners for a job. She got a referral from a friend, so she went to Granite Design.

Before anything else, the firm made it known that they’re a family-owned business, so trust issues should be off the table. We liked that they put that information out there so that we knew how passionate they are– that they understand us.

Additionally, they provided free quotes, which saved my mom funds! When we went to the showroom, we were surprised. There was a wide range of options to choose from! Plus, when we felt them, we immediately knew they were high-quality materials.

For a family-owned business, the service was top-tier– they were indeed very passionate in what they do. Plus, they gave out great prices! Imagine dedicated workers giving you a personalized service that you can afford. Not backing down from that!

The final criteria for judgment was their workmanship in the installation. To our surprise again, it went very well! Well, maybe minus the fact that the workers didn’t talk much. We would’ve appreciated a few conversations and even welcomed some advice. 

Moreover, the website could use some work by providing actual pictures of their catalogue. We found it a bit strange that they don’t have that option yet for people to see. If they can improve on that area, then they can expect more callers their way!

Fabulous and friendly service

Fabulous and friendly service, kept us up to date the whole way. Great price. Couldn’t be happier with the granite we purchased. We travelled from the Sunshine Coast to pick up a piece of Granite that Linda and her husband specifically cut to size for us. No one on the Sunshine Coast had a piece of granite or were willing to cut the granite to the size we required. Thank you Linda and team.

For the next one, I also had to tag my friend along because why not, right? I think she needed a kitchen makeover as well, especially with her blue & white home. After a few search attempts for the right supplier, we chose to contact All Stone Specialists.

The first thing we noticed was how responsive they were– they replied within minutes, sometimes even seconds! That was an early sign of a great service, if you asked me.

Apart from that, though, my friend told me that All Stone Specialists worked well with her! All her suggestions were considered, then the people there threw in their expertise for them to meet in the middle. They even provided personalized artwork!

After choosing a white countertop, it was time to install. We were impressed! The workers were very chatty and even called us over to show us how they never miss a detail when it comes to their job. They used that opportunity to give us advice as well.

They showed us how to prepare the countertop before using it, how to clean it, and told us what not to do with it to preserve its quality. It’s as if they were our friends who just turned out to be granite suppliers!

Not only that, but days and weeks later, they kept calling us for follow-up advice and support just to make sure that they did the installation correctly! They also gave us timely updates about their new products, which we really liked as well.

Their only flaw that I found was that they only offer mostly neutral-colored granite countertops. If they can expand more options for colors, then they’d be an excellent one-stop shop. Good thing my friend only needed a white one installed, though!

Would gladly use All Stone Specialists again

I had the pleasure of dealing with All Stone Specialists for my kitchen renovation. The business was incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process, including being available to answer my questions or concerns and provide informed and expert advice in the lead-up to and during the install of my marble bench. The installers paid excellent care and attention to fitting the bench, took time to advise me on how to care for and maintain the marble, and cleaned up after they finished. The business initiated follow-up calls to ensure the process was to a high standard and offered ongoing support and advice. I would gladly use All Stone Specialists again and recommend its services to others.

Jake and the entire team at all stone were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish of the entire renovation project. They were super helpful in the selection of the stone, from bathroom, kitchen, laundry all the way to outdoor kitchen.
