What we don’t appreciate though is that some services are overpriced. Given the quality of the service, this can be justified, but it also makes the company not ideal for those with limited budgets.

There are also a few cases about repairing other parts of the car without informing the owner, blowing up their bills. While safety is always a priority, as customers we prefer it if we’re informed first so we’ll be able to adjust our budgets.

We love that Rapid Tune East Brisbane stays true to its name–quick and quality service for a competitive price. The shop has its share of loyal customers who appreciate the consistency and efficiency in terms of workmanship and meeting the agreed deadline.

Another thing we love about Rapid Tune is that it can adjust the turnaround schedule if you badly need to use your car. This is pretty convenient because you don’t have to look for a temporary transportation, saving you time and money.

The staff are also amazing! Some of them work during their lunch break or pick up replacement parts on their own if there are problems in the courier service just so they can fix the car on time.

One thing we don’t like though is the misleading advertisements, and some customers we talked to fell prey to this. They availed services with free car wash or discount vouchers, only to find out that they’re no longer valid when they tried to use them.

Another thing that turns us off a little is that there are extra charges in some services. As customers, we prefer it if everything’s included on the quotation so we can prepare the exact money we need for the repair.

Another thing that turns us off—the line’s always busy. As customers, we appreciate it if we’re given immediate response to inquiries so that we can also start preparing our budgets and other documents we might need for repair.
