Pros

  • Can do any type of customisation
  • Topnotch designs

Cons

  • Asks for deadline extension
  • Some staff need more communication training

For The Trophy Superstore, customisation’s the name of the game. The shop’s well-known because it can do any type of customisation for your trophies—name the design and the shop can do it!

Some of the customers we’re fortunate to talk to have been loyal patrons of the shop for years for the same reason. They love going to The Trophy Superstore for personalised items and engraving because the shop really delivers what they want.

The shop also does a perfect laser engraving—clean and readable. We love how the meticulous workmanship reflects on the finished products—definitely worth the money!

Speaking of money, we also appreciate the affordable pricing. If you have a limited budget, The Trophy Superstore’s ideal for you—it has a lot of choices that fits anyone’s pocket.

We also love that the shop can accommodate bulk orders and retain the quality of each trophy piece. Sometimes though, during peak months, bulk orders seem to be too much for the company so you might get a call asking for an extension in the deadline.

We’re also a little disappointed with some of the staff who are oblivious to customers and don’t offer help. We all appreciate approachable salespeople, so we think they need more training on how to communicate well with the shop’s patrons.

Other than those little snags, we can say that The Trophy Superstore’s still on top of its game. In terms of quality, the company’s worth giving a try.

Pros

  • Meets deadlines
  • Accommodates rushed orders

Cons

  • Not-so-flexible rates
  • Important tabs on website aren’t clickable

When it comes to meticulous workmanship, we definitely recommend Ipswich Trophy Centre. Every single design and detail have to be approved by the customers to ensure that the shop only delivers what the customers want.

The shop’s very strict with the details, and it never proceeds with any production unless all proofs are approved and finalised. Client approval is always the priority.

Another thing we love is how Ipswich Trophy values the customers’ time. According to the shop’s past clients we talked to, there’s never a delay in the deliverables of the items—it always meets the deadlines!

In fact, the shop never leaves any customer orders hanging. Whether there’s an upcoming holiday or long weekend, Ipswich Trophy makes sure to finish all orders so the items can be delivered on time!

One of the things we think Ipswich Trophy can improve on though is its website since it’s usually the first place a customer goes to whenever he or she needs information. The important tabs aren’t clickable, plus the website loads quite slowly.

Some customers also told us that while the rates aren’t really very expensive, they’re also not cheap. You might need to adjust your budget just a little bit to afford Ipswich Trophy’s products.

Pros

  • Quick turnaround time
  • Offers discounts

Cons

  • Phone line always busy
  • Replies late to emails

Bayside Discount Trophies is the perfect shop for those with tight deadlines. If you need trophies, plaques, or engraving services at the last minute—we think it’s the best place to visit or call.

The shop has various types of trophy designs to choose from. And just in case you need advice, the staff are always willing to help–they know every detail and are always willing to share what they know with you!

Bayside has the quickest turnaround time too. According to its past customers who talked to us, whether there’s an engraving or not, the shop delivers the trophies on time–no delays at all!

We also find it convenient that Bayside repairs trophies. If you have an old trophy that has a missing part or a loose part, just bring it to the shop and the staff will help you find a new part that fits.

In terms of pricing, Bayside Discount Trophies lives up to its name. We’re actually quite a bit surprised when we found out the cost of their products and services–really budget-friendly!

We also love the discounts! Bayside offers a cut off of its engraving services, so that saves you a few dollars which you can use for other purposes.

We need to warn you though—it’s difficult to get a hold of the shop. The phone line’s always busy and you’ll get late replies to emails—understandable with how busy the shop is, but still quite bothersome for customers.

Pros

  • Competitive prices
  • Free laser engraving & design upon product purchase

Cons

  • Delays in delivery
  • No replies to email inquiries

Logan City Trophy Centre has a wide range of trophy types and styles. It’s the best place to go for corporate needs and personal needs–plus, it’s conveniently located and very accessible to anyone.

We’re lucky to be able to ask some of its past customers regarding their experiences, and they told us that in terms of quality, Logan won’t disappoint. Even if the orders are rushed, quality isn’t sacrificed, so customer satisfaction’s always guaranteed.

The freebies are cool too—we’ll never say no to a free laser engraving on your trophies or a free design. And the best thing about it—this benefit is for all product purchases regardless of the price!

Speaking of price–Logan has really flexible rates for its products. We love how the staff gives several options to customers so they can fit their needs with the budget they can spare.

We’re a little concerned about the lack of replies to emails though. A phone call’s good, but if we need more information on a product or service, we appreciate a fast and detailed reply.

We’re also a little turned off by the delays in delivery sometimes. The shop always makes up for it with a heartfelt apology though; and while not enough, we can still appreciate that type of sincerity.

Pros

  • Extensive list of products & services
  • Accommodating staff

Cons

  • Lack of parking space
  • Needs consistent follow up for proofs

Grinners Trophies doesn’t only have an extensive list of products, but it also has other services that you can find useful. It offers trophies and the like, as well as embroidery and screen printing among others, which is perfect for businesses or corporate events.

This is probably the reason why its previous customers remained loyal patrons. They told us that whenever they find themselves in a tight spot, Grinners will always find a way to accommodate their last-minute orders.

And the workmanship is awesome! What we love about Grinners is that the staff make sure that all the details you want in your trophies (especially in the engraving) are approved by the clients first before they start producing them, ensuring quality control.

This cautiousness, however, is also probably the reason why Grinners is slow in sending proofs. But at least the staff are always willing to help, and we appreciate how they try to speed things up a bit so the proofs can be out for approval!

We also love that the shop’s very accessible, so if you want to check on the progress of your orders personally, you can easily do so. However, there’s a lack of parking space so you might need to come on a not-so-busy day.
