Their design consultation was impressive. They sketched out our freeform swimming pool and built-in fire pit with 3D visuals, even before we signed. The installation crew turned our blank slab into a lush, private retreat within our 8-week schedule.

What really sets them apart is their depth of service, which includes complete in-house design and CE-certified concrete work, as well as custom water features. They even manage council approvals, which is a big relief for us.

Communication stayed clear throughout. We received daily site updates, and the team’s on-site manager checked in every afternoon.

However, projects of this calibre come at a premium. Our quote was significantly higher than simpler landscapers. The Brizscapes schedule was also booked 4–6 weeks ahead, meaning our start date was pushed back accordingly.

Brooke’s Bloom was our choice when we wanted to completely reimagine our backyard into something lush yet low-maintenance. 

Their design team presented us with a well-structured plan that effectively balanced native plants and soft lighting, creating a serene outdoor retreat.

They handle mostly everything from concept sketches to installation with impressive precision. I especially loved how they used drought-tolerant species like Lomandra and Blue Fescue, which thrive beautifully in Brisbane’s hot summers.

The team also integrated an automated irrigation system that has made upkeep effortless. Their attention to drainage and soil quality showed a deep understanding of the local climate.

What stood out most was their project management. Every update came with photos and progress notes, and the site was left spotless at the end of each workday. They offer a full maintenance program too, so we’ve kept the space looking as good as day one. 

However, their popularity means booking can take weeks during peak seasons. They also lean toward premium pricing, but the craftsmanship and plant quality justify the cost.

Our neighbor recently had their yard transformed by Trimscapes, and it completely transformed the look of their home. What used to be a steep, unused slope became a terraced garden with lush turf and a cozy outdoor seating area.

The team handles everything, from design and excavation to concreting and irrigation, without needing to hire separate contractors.

Their 3D preview helps clients visualize how the deck, retaining wall, and garden beds would fit together. 

I like that they also suggest native plants that thrive in Brisbane’s heat, making their garden both beautiful and low-maintenance. 

Clients have admired how clean and organized the crew worked. Every stage up to laying pavers was completed on schedule and with careful attention to detail. 

However, obtaining an initial quote would take longer than expected, as they’re almost fully booked for most days. A few neighbors also mentioned minor miscommunications with subcontractors during bigger projects, but nothing that affected the final outcome.

When a family friend moved into a new-build hilltop block in Sherwood, their outdoor space felt like a blank canvas. Clare’s team impressed them right away by visiting their site, listening to their wish list for a low-maintenance edible garden.

When we visited their place, they gave us a tour. The highlight was the native-edible garden they designed, featuring kangaroo paw and succulents arranged around a custom-built porphyry paving circle, all chosen with Brisbane’s climate in mind.

When a family friend tackled sloping their backyard in Enoggera, they chose Designer Image specifically for their expertise in structural landscaping, such as retaining walls and complex earthworks.

Their service doesn’t stop at basics, as they handle end-to-end construction, including seamless coordination with pool builders and Corten-steel garden walls. These gave our home a complete premium outdoor transformation. 

Their site manager kept clients updated daily via photos and messages, making the process transparent. The team arrived with heavy machinery, tackled the slope, and installed a concrete sleeper retaining wall flawlessly within six weeks.
