We all appreciate transparency and precision when it comes to repair and maintenance work. Entrusting it to people who know what they’re doing, and are doing it quickly without sacrificing quality—we definitely won’t have any complaints!

In terms of updating clients, we think Inside Out needs to train its handymen more. Some of the company’s past clients told us that they’re a little turned off by sudden cancellations, and the worst thing—they weren’t informed until the last minute!

The staff also fails to call the clients back, which isn’t very good practice. Client communication’s very important if you want to establish a relationship with clients, and not doing it properly doesn’t contribute to the cause.

However, when it comes to quality of service and attitude, work-wise, we think Inside Out’s still one of the best handyman services out there. Workmanship, quickness, efficiency—the company can be your go-to providers!

When it comes to top-notch handyman services, North Bris Maintenance’s almost close to being perfect. Not only is the workmanship precise and of good quality, the guys at North Bris know how to talk to its clients.

According to some of its past clients, the handymen always arrived early, and before they started the work, they’d explain the details to the owners of the house. The clients appreciated the gesture because they felt valued and respected as owners.

This is one of the reasons why North Bris has a lot of repeat customers. The professionalism and the workmanship (attention to detail and efficiency) are definite plus points that established that loyalty from clients.

We also love how the handymen are easy to talk to. So if you have questions or queries, they’ll answer them even while working.

You might also want to expect free maintenance and repair advice. We love that instead of telling clients to call them directly, the handymen gives maintenance and repair advice for free.

Just a little bump on the road though—booking North Bris is quite difficult since it’s very in demand! While the company tries to accommodate all emergency needs, there are times you won’t be able to.

Another thing—it’s difficult to reach North Bris via phone, most especially during busy weeks. But if you’re looking for an efficient service, it’s worth calling the company repeatedly until you connect!

What we appreciate most about Brisbane Handyman Service is how the company’s handymen are very meticulous when it comes to their work. They do a site inspection before the service date to check the issues so they’ll know what needs to be repaired.

This saves time and effort. The handymen can then concentrate on the maintenance and renovations during the scheduled date instead of inspecting the issues.

We also appreciate how Brisbane Handyman never says no to a job. It doesn’t matter what type of damage it has, the handymen will make sure to repair it. 

The company’s expertise lies in painting, plastering, wall repair, and pool repair. However, we’re also quite pleased to know that the guys at Brisbane Handyman can do almost any type of renovation or repair–look at that versatility!

One downside though–we’re not fond of the customer service. The staff who answers the call needs to learn more about the specifics of the services because most clients call to ask questions about them—short and superficial answers might turn clients away.

We also think Brisbane Handyman should improve their response time when it comes to quotes. Clients who call mean they immediately need to know the cost, and late sending of quotations causes delay and can be a hassle for them.

Johnny the Handyman’s a small company, but it doesn’t mean the service is subpar. In fact, despite having few handymen available, the company still does a good job in the repair and maintenance sections.

Some of the clients we’ve talked to were all in awe of the workmanship and the professionalism. The high attention to detail is astounding, quite worthy of praise, hence, most of these clients have availed of Johnny’s services all throughout the years.

Johnny’s a family business, so the approach to clients is quite personal and warm. It’s easy to talk to the guys at the company, and they’re very responsive when it comes to inquiries and quotations.

The handyman assigned to you arrives on time, fixes what needs fixing without delay, and even gives tips on how you can maintain them. We all appreciate professionals who know what they’re doing, and who aren’t afraid to share their knowledge! 

There’s just one thing we’re a little sad about—Johnny’s always fully booked! It has gained such an amazing reputation that it has become everyone’s go-to handyman services provider in the area.

We know it isn’t really the company’s fault, but there are days when Johnny doesn’t accept clients anymore, even if it’s for emergency repairs or renovation. The company has a few handymen to spare—so they stop accepting bookings to maintain standards.

Still, we think that Johnny the Handyman’s a good company to check out if you need repair and maintenance. Competent handymen and great workmanship—what more can you ask for?
