From the start, Suburban Pest Management’s inspection process was impressively thorough. They don’t just treat visible trails, but also trace colonies back to their nesting points.

Their technician also explained the species type and how to prevent future infestations through simple maintenance habits.

Their team uses a combination of liquid barriers and baiting systems that are both child- and pet-safe. I particularly appreciated how they tailored the solution to my home’s layout. They targeted wall cavities and garden areas without leaving any residue or odor indoors.

Follow-up service is another strong point. They provide ongoing monitoring, especially for properties that experience recurring seasonal ant problems. The staff are punctual and take time to educate clients on preventive measures.

All Pest Solutions Brisbane was recommended to me by a friend after I asked him how he got rid of an anthill in his backyard. Apparently, he still uses their service to this day, not just for ants, but also for other pest infestations.

To make it better, they offer preventative perimeter treatments to stop future infestations. This can be added as part of a quarterly maintenance plan.

I love that their pricing is fairly competitive. It starts at around $150 for a single-visit ant treatment, with package options for broader pest control services.

Many clients mentioned that scheduling an appointment with the team was convenient, as weekend and same-week appointments are available. However, they may charge a convenience fee for appointments outside of regular business hours.

Their website even provides estimated pricing upfront, starting from $175 for most standard treatments. Larger properties or ongoing commercial maintenance are quoted immediately after a site inspection.

Their customer service is professional and responsive. Unfortunately, that doesn’t save them from having delays for clients in outer suburbs or anywhere far from the city.
