I went to Laserzone with my family. When we entered the door, we were met with the most accommodating and patient staff. 

They instantly educated us about the equipment, rules, and basically how everything works. The kids had so many questions yet they were ready to answer.

They even took us around the arena before everything started so that we didn’t get lost once everything turned dark. I appreciated that their arena was easy to navigate for safety, especially for the young ones.

In the middle of the game, one of my cousins had issues with her equipment. The staff paused the mission we were playing and were quick to assist. That right there was quality service!

Additionally, the place featured special abilities that really took everything to the next level. I won my team the game with the Score Multiplier and Invincibility. It was such a great experience. An affordable one too, actually.

The downside? I wish there were more games available to fully capitalize on the arena and the advanced equipment. Also, we had to wait in line because of the large crowd. We went on a weekend, though, so we recommend going on weekdays instead.

Will definitely be back

We came here today for the first time ever. It was my sons friends birthday party, chaotic and crazy, but super organised and honestly the staff were all amazing. Super energetic, really compassionate and very friendly. I feel like the staff really went above and beyond to make sure the kids were having fun and are feeling confident and happy. Will definitely be back 🤘🖤

I was really blown away

If you want a genuine place to take your kids, this is it. It has all the stuff kids love. But most importantly, it has fantastic staff and an awesome owner. I took my young son here for his first ever laser experience, he loved the first round, then for some reason he said he was a little bit scared and didn’t want to go again. I was ok with that and went to leave. As I said goodbye at the door and let them know what happened, I was meet with a team of staff (and the owner) who were totally understanding and went above and beyond to ensure we didn’t feel our time or money was wasted. I really was blown away. I have been to arcades and playcenters before, but this is the first time I have been treated with such respect as a customer. Other companies just don’t have this level of customer care. I live an hour away, but will be back guaranteed.

First thing we thought on arrival: the place looked so cool with the unique designs. But the stars of our experience were the accommodating staff. They were polite and willing to run through all rules carefully, which we liked.

We also heard they recently upgraded the gear because apparently, and it did show. The arena was like a maze too. Unlike other places, this one had two levels and many barriers. We easily got lost, but that was the thrill of it.

The unique thing about Laserforce, though, was that you can get achievements for every game you play. You can actually save your progress and come back to finish the others. 

I just hope they fix their air conditioning. We’re aware that we sweat no matter what because laser tag is such a physical activity, but it got a bit uncomfortable when we were deep into the game.

Additionally, we noticed that the place was understaffed. Only a number of people were running the place, and we were concerned about their well-being. 

I had an absolutely delightful time

Went there last night with a friend and had an absolutely delightful time. Staff were great, food was great. For a brief moment I forgot I was a 34 year old man shooting lasers on a week night. Did get carpet burn in the laser labyrinth though, but that’s because I was trying to get on the speedrun scoreboard, which despite having the physique of a tortoise with no shell I was able to do.

I’ve been going here since I was 9 years old

This place is brilliant, fantastic, and amazing. I’ve been going here since I was 9 years old have enjoyed every moment that I’ve spent here. This was when my friends and I wanted to drink with a twist! What if we leveled up and played games of laser tag in Strike Bowling? That’s exactly what we did.

We were blown away by the accommodating staff who welcomed us to the place. We felt like VIPs when we got there. The place was clean too.

Some ordered the mocktails while others had some Scotch. Everyone was happy with their order, including the people who had mocktails.

The laser tag had fewer variations than other places we’d tried, but the equipment was solid, the staff explained everything well, and the soundtrack was fire. 

The place also has other amenities such as karaoke. You can also win vouchers for drinks as prizes for playing the games too!

It’s a bit on the more expensive side, though, and fairly busy. I’d book in advance if going to this one.

High quality workmanship

Came by for a couple of games of laser tag. Pleasant experience, nice map. Good service. Don’t think you can ask for much more. Will probably be returning to bowl or maybe even play the escape room! Not my last trip there. There are karaoke rooms as well, you’ll have a blast.

Great place for a few drinks and laughs

Great place for a few drinks and laughs over bowling or laser tag. For those who are remotely musically talented, you can try your hand at karaoke. There’s a good selection of scotch and cocktails. The staff as friendly and always willing to help. Big shout out to Joe and Hailey for their great service every time we go out to paint the town red.

I learned from last time with the long lines, so I chose to book in the place my friends and I found for our next hangout. 

We had a smooth booking experience on their well-put website. When the day came and we got there, the staff were so hospitable! They asked us questions about which amenities we wanted to try and gave us food options for later.

The equipment was clean and the arena was huge! Unfortunately, we didn’t get to fully enjoy it because we noticed that there were too many people playing at the same time. I don’t know if that’s the standard number of players, but it seemed like a lot.

Regardless, it was still fun, especially with the base targets and the warbot. Those definitely helped level up the experience for us. Additionally, there were multiple rounds featuring unique scenarios based on action movies!

The highlight of our night, though, was their amazing food. Out of everything we ordered, we highly recommend the Southern Fried Chicken, Tokyo-style Chicken Skewers, The Smo’King Signature Burger, and the Smoked Ham & 3 Cheese Pizza!

Make sure you have a go

Staff member, Jasmin was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and there were 15 of us adults enjoying three rounds of different types of scenarios. You are never to old to enjoy laser tag. Make sure you have a go!

Would absolutely recommend

Karzha was a great host. Our 7 year old and her friends had a great time at laser tag and in the arcade. Nice, clean, spacious venue. The staff were fabulous and made the party so easy. Food and party table area were great, would absolutely recommend.

This place has party packages available, which can help with saving funds! They also have nice and energetic staff.

I loved their large arena – it was probably the largest I’ve seen from all places I’ve been to at that point. Also, their equipment was well-maintained and high quality.

I also appreciate the cleanliness of all amenities. The entire place really looked new and pleasing to the eyes. Even the laser tag place looked good as new, like we were the first to use it (we weren’t).

I just hope they get more tables and chairs for customers. The adults and I couldn’t match the kids’ energy, so we rested earlier than them. But we couldn’t sit comfortably because of the lack of a waiting area. Also, everything was expensive!

The party packages probably make up for it, but not everyone will be having their birthday when going here. Still, it could be a good option if you want a really big space for your game.

Lots of variety to play and jump around

Great place to entertain the kids and lots of variety to play and jump around. Laser tag area is bigger than other places. I liked it especially because I could do my work while the kids enjoyed the activities. It wasn’t too loud or too hot like other centres. It was also clean.

We’ll look forward to going back soon

When we had a free day and asked the kids what they would like to do, they all said Urban Extreme! 2 hours of trampolining, dodgeball, the ninja course and laser tag, we left with three happy and sweaty kids and some parental goodwill in the bank. The team there were all super friendly. We’ll look forward to going back soon.
