We’re just a little miffed about how the barber shop has no leeway regarding schedules. It charges you a full amount if you’re late, and while that’s understandable, some customers have valid reasons, and would want to keep their appointments.

Speaking of appointments, sometimes the staff mixes up the schedules, which causes inconvenience. We recommend calling them a day before to confirm to avoid mishaps on the day of the appointment.

One of the things we love about Mr. Brooks Barber is the expertise and professionalism of its staff. The barbers only need minimal instructions–they easily understand what you want and deliver the haircut you like!

We just don’t like that sometimes the barber shop closes ahead of time. Some of the customers we’re able to talk to said that they sometimes arrived 30 minutes early, and yet they weren’t accommodated.

This chases customers away, and they might not go back to avail the services anymore. We hope the shop can improve on this so it can gain more loyal customers in the future.

Razor Boys Barber Shop is similar to that popular coffee shop chain in terms of customer recall—the barbers know your haircut choice when you come back! We love when our favorite stores remember what we like because it makes us feel valued.

The customers we’ve talked to said that the barbers really talked to them to learn about what they wanted for their haircut. The barbers took note of this, so when they visited again, the barbers simply asked whether they wanted the usual cut or something else.

The cut goes with styling and maintenance advice from the barbers—unsolicited but welcome! You get to keep the hairstyle for a while so you need to know how to keep looking great with it at the top of your head.

By the way, Razor Boys also has great opening hours! It has a short waiting time even if you’re a walk-in customer so you’ll easily get seated no matter how many customers are in line. 

Though sometimes we think the barbers work a little too fast to accommodate everyone. This results in a rushed haircut, and somewhat disappointed customers.

We also recommend making sure of the final cost before you avail the service. Some of the customers told us they’re sometimes surprised by the additional cost on the list.

We love how Heroes & Villains Barbers is located in a quiet commercial strip so it’s very easy to locate and convenient to access. If you find yourself a little too early for your appointment, you can stroll around the area for a while!

You know we’ve spoken to several of their customers, and they all said they’d travel far just to have their hair cut by one of the shop’s barbers–now that’s some customer loyalty right there! This really speaks so much about the shop’s service.

We notice though that the barber shop still uses old tools and equipment. We think the service will be more amazing if the barbers have at least a few modern tools in their arsenal.

We also notice how some barbers tend to overshare things when they’re talking to the customers. Being friendly is good, but sharing personal things might get a little uncomfortable for customers, so they might need to tone down a little.

Overall, we recommend Heroes & Villains Barbers because despite some flaws, customer satisfaction on the end results is still worth the visit. Plus, there’s great coffee while you wait!

If we didn’t know better, we’d think barbers at Jimmy Rod’s Barbershop are actually wizards with scissors. They can do any type of haircut and fix any damage caused by another shop, and just in a short time – how cool is that!

The barbers simply know how to handle any type of hair–curls or straight hair, thin or thick hair, dry or damaged hair—they know what to do with them! We love a professional who can do his job because we’re always willing to pay for good service.

Another thing we love about Jimmy Rod’s is it can accommodate all types of customers including kids. You don’t need to find a kid’s barbershop just for them, especially if you also need your haircut—you can just go to one place!

We also love that they offer free drinks with the haircut. While it isn’t uncommon to be offered drinks in barber shops, the kind of customer service that comes with it at Jimmy Rod’s is one of a kind–you’ll appreciate the friendly vibe!

One of the things we noticed though is the inconsistency. We know Jimmy Rod’s trying to put their trainees in action, but this gets in the way of consistency, so perhaps they can be monitored more for the meantime by more experienced barbers.

We’ve also talked to some customers, and they said they appreciate how the barber shop accommodates late customers. However, this also leads to rushed haircuts at times, and it might be better if they’re asked to come back the next day

Note though that they do implement a strict late policy wherein clients coming in late for more than 10 minutes may entail the cancellation of their appointment altogether.
