When I called Ecoguard Pest Control, they were straight to the point and asked me a few questions about what kind of infestation there was, what kind of building I was residing in, and when I’ll be available. The urgency was just on display for the start!

They arrived on time too! The inspection was very careful but thorough to figure out the problem and how to solve it. But what really impressed me is that they’re true to their name– they give out eco-friendly treatments including customized plans for the client!

Not only that, before even offering additional treatments for future scheduling, the workers spontaneously gave out advice so I don’t have to call them again as often. I appreciated how they genuinely care about the customer instead of just making money.

Additionally, they don’t have any hidden fees and were respectful enough to let me be in my home. If a pest control service is that respectful and courteous, you wouldn’t think twice about booking them!

However, since they offer a wide variety of services, my experience with scheduling was challenging given their number of clients. Perhaps they can add some more manpower to accommodate callers? That way, they’ll be more on-the-dot and better overall!

For a small business, I have to admit that I was skeptical of Pro Pest Control at first. However, they proved me wrong with how they handled the situation.

First off, I’d like to mention how great they are at communicating everything to the customer. From the initial inquiries, they were willing to listen in order to assess the infestation that was happening. Additionally, the quoting was very straightforward!

I must also mention that they send out frequent notifications of my scheduled service and where the workers are at a given time. They arrived on time too! Plus, their equipment was up-to-date. That’s quality and efficiency if you ask me.

Moreover, they also have competitive pricing compared to other businesses. I don’t know about you, but anything that saves me money and is actually good, I’ll automatically avail. They were quick and effective, just the way I like it with services.

The downside, though, is their inconsistent booking. Depending on who you’re talking to, the level of professionalism can vary. I experienced some misunderstandings with some of their people over the phone which affected their overall service quality.

Additionally, I was really disappointed with how they did the inspection– they only really checked the main rooms and ignored some corners and tight spaces where the mosquitoes could be breeding from. I’m hopeful they can improve on these, though!

My family is very happy 

This is the second time we have used this service and my family are very happy. Customer service is excellent and very prompt and the workers themselves are very friendly and professional when they come to apply the solution. We found that we have had to call them back at 6-7 months for a retreatment and they are able to without any problems.

Although Slug A Bug Pest Control doesn’t advertise mosquito control as one of their top service options, they still provide it nonetheless!

When I went to their website, the first thing that really caught my attention, apart from the visuals, is they give out free pest tips! That’s right, they provide these for customers like me to read, same with their articles and blogs.

Their branding is also intriguing– if I don’t see results within 30 days, I get my money back. And so I thought, why not give it a try? It’s a win-win situation for me anyway. 

When I called, I was immediately booked after I said the kind of infestation I had. These guys were quick! I don’t know how they scheduled it, but they were at my doorstep hours later with eco-friendly equipment. 

They did the inspection in a unique way– they kept talking to me and asking me questions. It’s like a booking, quoting, and service done all at once! And, at the same time as they were going to begin, they were already giving out advice for prevention.

It’s like they breathe efficiency, and I’m really impressed! However, because they do things so quickly, they tend to skip out on important details that I would’ve liked to know. Additionally, they did miss some spots where the pests spawn, which is concerning.

However, it’s been weeks and I still have no signs of mosquitoes returning, which is exactly what I want. Still, I would’ve preferred if they communicated things better instead of doing things in a rush.

Can see why they have the highest rating on Google

Josh and slug a bug were amazing. From filling out the initial ‘contact us’ form on their website, to the call I received first thing the following morning, to booking in the treatment and communication via email it was all so easy. I even got an sms when Josh was on his way and his estimated arrival time. Josh took the time to explain all the treatments that were done, took the time to treat all areas inside and out, my dog loved him and I’m so happy my house is now protected, so I don’t need to bring out my negotiating tactics to deal with another huntsman spider late at night in my bedroom. I can definitely see why they have the highest rating on google and the most positive feedback. I will be recommending them to everyone I know. Thanks again, team.

Reliable and professional service

I recently had Joshua from Slug-A-Bug come by for a pest control spray and routine termite inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed. Given the scale of their business with so many branches across the country, I just knew to have high expectations for Rentokil Pest Control.

To start, I was happy to be greeted by concrete and affordable plans on their website. Since my house is only a bungalow, I availed their Premium Year Round Home Protection Pack which involved two pest services within 12 months!

I knew that I had a mosquito issue, but the package also includes protection from other pests like roaches, ants, spiders, and termites for the two visits! Out of all the packages that I explored, this one carries the best value for money for frugal people like me.

The booking was easy, the workers were punctual, but they weren’t very chatty unlike the people from other firms. I’d appreciate it if they educated me more about the pests without me having to ask. It’s part of service expectations, after all.

Additionally, since they do two visits, I noticed that the first job was half-hearted. Instead of being thorough and efficient, it’s as if they know they’re going back anyway, so I assumed they didn’t go all in immediately.

After the first visit, there were still mosquitoes. After the second one, though, they were controlled. I would’ve liked it if they showed more communication and passion in what they do. Regardless, the package was good and it did save me money, so that’s a plus!

From their business name, you already know what to look forward to with No Mosquitoes. Their focus is primarily on that kind of pest, so I really expected expertees, and I was right to do so!

Unlike other services, they highlight larviciding or the process of exterminating mosquitoes while they’re still young. Tragic, but I appreciate that they have it as an option!

Next, hear me out on this: they give free quotes! I was more than delighted to know that because, hey, it saved me from the burden of having to do budgeting. Not only that, but they were also quick to respond and were extremely friendly.

I loved having them over because it was just like friends trying to help out another friend. They were straightforward and very conversational which made the entire experience relaxing. Plus, they still follow-up on the situation via messaging!

The only downside? The team is only composed of a few guys, so the process can take a while. Regardless, it was a great service that was also enjoyable! Very efficient and worth it, if you ask me. After all, there are no more mosquitoes here, even outside!

Product worked amazingly

I had my place treated for mosquitoes which were out of control. Couldn’t even go outside without getting bitten. Mark came to spray the house and within a few hours it stormed. Mark was happy to come back to do another round of spraying as the original product would have washed off. Mark was very punctual, excellent communication and very friendly and happy to help. Product worked AMAZINGLY. No mosquitoes in sight at all, and even found a couple of dead cockroaches outside. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again.

Always been great

Adam from No Mosquitos has been spraying for us for nearly 2 years now and has always been great. Really quick at replying and getting appointments booked in and always turns up on time. The spraying is done quickly and in a thorough and professional way, another positive is that it kills other creepy crawlies as well & we notice more dead roaches after having a spray. Definitely recommend getting these guys out if you’re suffering with the mozzies!
