When I first saw pictures of BBR’s past projects, it was quite obvious they work well when it comes to color combinations and clean looks, so I booked them.

I loved how they never put any pressure on me during the initial visit and planning. They were willing to listen to what I wanted instead of immediately going for their style and strategy. That’s a huge green flag for any service out there!

BBR is also partnered with amazing stockists that they recommend. Plus, I found the quality of their materials to be top-tier, which made me feel assured with sustainability.

I also have to mention that they’re punctual with their work calendar– they were always on-the-dot when it came to working on a particular thing on a particular day and hour. My bathroom never looked better! It even looked better than my living room.

However, as excellent as they were and the service they provided, I found their lack of weekend services concerning. There’s lots of people with 9 to 5 jobs on weekdays, so scheduling was an issue. Regardless, I just can’t deny how good those designs are!

The team at BBR did an amazing job bringing our early 2000’s bathroom into 2024. Especially the extra time and effort fitting a deep Japanese style soaking tub into the floor. We love our new bathroom and it suits us perfectly. Thank you Clinton and team. 5 stars. Would highly recommend.

When it comes to renovations across different parts of the house, Briswest Renovations is a company that is known for their painting, tiling, and electrical & plumbing work. We hired them for one of our friends’ renovation projects, and they weren’t bluffing!

From the beginning, they prioritized minimizing disruptions as they worked, which made them a very convenient service to partner with. Additionally, they’re also very respectful when asking questions, giving recommendations, and providing updates.

We just kept chilling in the living room while they did their thing. It’s as if nothing was happening due to the minimal noise. We even watched a movie with zero distractions!

Their communication skills were just top-tier too. Briswest Renovations went above and beyond with working with us so we felt as if we’re involved in the process. Did I mention that they stuck to the schedule too? We really couldn’t ask for anything more!

One downside, though, is that they only work on weekdays. This limits potential progress because leaving a place to workers for a long period of time wasn’t easy. Apart from that, I believe that they’re perfect for people who seek good communication.

Absolutely amazing job

BrisWest Renovations did an absolutely amazing job renovating our decrepit bathrooms! We had two bathrooms and a powder room demolished and fully renovated within the space of a month. For a more modern take on bathroom designs, Brisbane Bathroom Bliss excelled in that area. They’re all about efficiency and simplicity, which is a different taste but was still attractive enough for one of my friends to give a call!

First off, they were responsive both over the phone and in-person. We can ask them almost anything about the job! Even just small talk, they were more than willing to reply and relate it to the project. It’s like they’re empaths who are just good at remodeling.

Moreover, they made providing quotes relatively easier compared to other firms. Our friend never had to go the long way to negotiate. He just said what he wanted and they agreed to it. Plus, they’re straightforward– they worked on what my friend can afford!

Additionally, Brisbane Bathroom Bliss also worked well within the schedule they provided. If it works for you, they’ll stick to that. The catch? They finished a couple of days ahead, which was very convenient for us excited clients.

These are all positives about them, but what really let us down was that they have no website so people can view their works. Moreover, their phone number wasn’t just one Google search away. If these can be provided, their accessibility will definitely be better.

High quality workmanship

Brisbane Bathroom Bliss installed a new bathroom in our home and every part of the process was professionally handled with high quality workmanship. Paul was responsive with all communication throughout the project and promptly tidied up the few small issues that surfaced at the end. Absolutely amazing

Extremely happy with our newly renovated bathroom and toilet!! Paul and the team have been absolutely amazing, from the quoting stage to the end of the project. Paul has always been very responsive and available to answer all our questions (and there were many!), and provided suggestions and recommendations when necessary. Modern Bathrooms has a humble name, but it represents exactly what they’re good at. Unlike most of the firms on this list, they specialize in more neutral-colored designs instead of colorful ones. Thankfully, our buddy wanted just that and booked them!

I’d like to mention their attention to detail. They have excellent workmen on the team that really have great eyes for the slightest flaws. We noticed a few off measurements on the tiling, and they immediately made adjustments to iron everything down!

Modern Bathrooms also prioritized cleanliness. Because they pride themselves in constructing “modern bathrooms,” they ensure not only beauty, but also tidiness. Who wouldn’t want a clean bathroom, right?

It’s actually funny because they left the new bathroom cleaner than how our friend left it before renovation. They polished that room like there was no tomorrow, like the president was going to use it. The space looked quiet because of the beige too!

I do have to point out that despite their preference for simplicity and neutral colors, the design variety they provide is quite limited. Perhaps introducing more color palettes and livelier layouts would improve their overall service so that more people can enjoy it.

One of my friends wasn’t just after beauty for their project. They were after safety and security too. We tried 5 Gold Star Bathrooms because they claim to be frontrunners to that. When it was time to call, we were left reassured with our decision.

They mentioned guaranteed warranties to make us, the customers, feel safe– that we can trust them with good workers who will not only improve the place, but also protect it. Our friend didn’t think twice about this one, and we supported it!

The company proposed a mix of a modern bathroom design and a vintage one– colorful yet it looks like it belongs to the present era. We agreed to it and had zero regrets. The look was unique and the service was extremely worth the time.

5 Gold Star Bathrooms’ work on glassware was also commendable, seeing as how accurately they installed them for shower areas. No rushed parts, all measured well.

One more thing that’s very important: they gave out a free quote with just a phone call! When a company is more than happy to listen to what you’re envisioning, you know they’re passionate. That’s one of the reasons why they were hired in the first place!

However, what 5 Gold Star Bathrooms really lacks is that they’re on the pricey side when it comes to costing. However, this is somewhat reasonable as they’re efficient with scheduling and the overall service. Still, it’d be nice if they can control their prices better!

Easy to deal with

Shannon and the team at Goldstar Bathrooms did an amazing job with our full bathroom renovation. From start to finish they were so easy to deal with. They have an awesome online app system that shows the timeline of who is coming when, what day and time. The job was not only completed on time, but on budget and to a 5 star standard. All the trades were so lovely and worked in together to make the project as seamless as possible. My tiling was very intricate and the work Rhys and the team did was amazing – it was just perfection. I have already reached out for them to do my laundry, and when we are ready to do our kitchen and then second bathroom and toilet, i will not hesitate to contact Shannon again! Highly recommend.

Thanks for our perfect bathroom

I can’t believe this is our bathroom! It’s so luxurious, it feels like a hotel 😍 We’d had a few quotes previously but Shannon was the only one who provided real solutions to the things we wanted done (like an extended shower and XL bathtub) when others said it wasn’t possible. Trent, our foreman, treated the space as if it was his own. If there were any tiny imperfections, he made every effort to fix them. We had the whole bathroom, hallway, toilet and laundry area done just before Christmas. Even when some logistical issues popped up (as they always do!), Trent pulled out all the stops to make sure everything was completed on time. Thanks for our PERFECT bathroom, Shannon and Trent! We’d been putting it off for so long but are so happy we waited for the right people to get the job done.
