Luca is a European-style apartment with a stunning beachfront view of Maroochydore’s pristine beach.
What we love about this place is that it’s spacious, stylish, modern, and there are tons of natural light coming inside. The unit features a total of two bedrooms: one with two single beds, ideal for children, and a second with a king-size bed, perfect for couples.
If you like exploring, this beachfront property is also located near several entertainment establishments, a shopping center, cafes, and restaurants. You can even visit the famous Boat Shed Restaurant and Maroochydore Surf Club for lunch.
In terms of amenities, the room comes with day-to-day essentials. As guests, we were given access to an air-conditioned lounge, the lagoon pool, and the entire resort facilities.
The host, Tracey, accommodated us well and quickly responded to all our queries.
However, the entire place has limited availability. They also have strict cancellation rules due to high demand.
Stylish with up-to-date facilities
“Spotless and stylish. The place was perfect for what we needed, especially the kitchen and washing facilities – making our week’s stay feel right at home.
Location was fantastic, quiet but right in the centre of many local cafes and down the street from the beach and river/inlet.”

This mezzanine-inspired apartment unit features an elegant, minimalist interior with a soaring raked ceiling, an all-white wall coating, and woven furnishings found throughout the unit.
Aside from its jaw-dropping interior, what we loved about this unit is its serene ambiance, which made us feel like we were on a private island.
The place also features access to a private patio in the garden, a bathroom with double rainforest showers, and a toilet. The kitchen essentials are all modern, so you can cook if you’re a bit too tired to eat outside.
When we compared it to other rentals in the area, Noosa Boutique Loft stands out because of the outside area that overlooks a tropical garden paradise.
There was already a parking space, so we didn’t have to worry about finding one.
However, since the place only has one bedroom, it can’t accommodate large families and groups. It can also get a bit pricy during peak season (around $300 per night).
Excellent location
“Fantastic location! The unit was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. We encountered a hiccup with the washing machine that they promptly resolved by replacing it. Highly recommend!”

This contemporary, casual, 3-level beach house has to be one of the most luxurious places we’ve been to. We easily observed the different timbers used in the house from the flooring up to the ceiling, which makes the place highly elegant.
The expansive views of the Coral Sea and Moreton Island were also breathtaking when watched from the unit’s window.
The beach house has three bedrooms in total, making it highly suitable for large families or groups of friends. The top level has an open-plan modern kitchen, a lounge, and a dining area that opens to the verandah.
We also find the location of this beach to be strategic, especially since it’s located near the major attractions of Point Lookout, including shops and restaurants.
The host was amazing and went the extra mile with all the freebies and essentials during our stay.
The downside, however, is that you need to book this place in advance due to popular demand. It’s a bit disappointing that they don’t also allow pets here.
Lovely place with a wonderful view
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The upstairs living/dining area is just lovely, filled with light and a wonderful view. The kitchen is extremely well supplied with quality appliances and utensils. The bedrooms are comfortable, as are the beds. The house is well laid out, clean, and wonderfully designed. The place is clean and well-maintained. Thank you so much for providing such a fabulous place to enjoy a Straddie holiday. We hope to be back one day.”

Combining both history and prestige, Private Château San Luca is another ultimate vacation house in South Brisbane.
This unit is located just above the South Brisbane wharves, which provides a glimpse of the bustling city and mesmerizing river views.
What we like most about this place is that it has its own entrance and garage. The entertainment lounge is also spacious and equipped with a smart TV.
The entire house features 2 bedrooms. However, the place has only one bathroom with a shower and bathtub, so if all of you are getting ready to go somewhere, you should schedule who gets to use it first.
The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, cookware, and dinnerware, with complimentary cooking essentials.
Talking about amenities and essentials, the host provided us with linens, towels, and toiletries without any extra charges. They were also responsive to all our queries.
What we didn’t like was that access to the apartment requires some stairs, so you might want to consider this if someone in your family or group uses a wheelchair.
Spacious with a stunning view
“We absolutely loved our stay! The room was incredibly spacious, and the views — especially of the river — were truly breathtaking. The traffic noise was a bit noticeable at first, but after a night, we got used to it and it didn’t really bother us. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality — we’d love to come back!”

Perched in the picturesque Clear Mountain suburb of Brisbane, this stunning property is a 30-to 40-minute drive from the Brisbane CBD.
We can only describe this place in one word—luxurious. There’s an outdoor BBQ area, a massive 15-meter outdoor swimming pool, a firepit, and an outdoor entertaining area.
The property is ideal for large families (up to 8 members), groups, or special occasions. It has four bedrooms in total, all designed to capture a resort-style house. It’s modern, beautiful, and serene.
From a modern kitchen to bathrooms with large rain showers and a massive, fully equipped gym, this property is the ultimate staycation house for families.
The only problem is that there are no short-distance restaurants and cafes in the area. This rental is also pricey, but it is justifiable since it offers more space. Another downside is that pets are also not allowed in the house.
Great Hospitality
“I can see why the owners are superhosts — the hospitality, communication, and friendliness were outstanding, with every effort made to ensure we were taken care of. We appreciated everything so much and cannot say enough about the property and the hosts. Thank you, Jordan!”
