Pros
- Thoroughly walks you through the requirements
- Fair pricing
Cons
- Website customer service not working
- Fails to answer calls at times
What we love about Site Surveys the most is its client-centric approach. The team’s very efficient and works hard to meet the needs of the clients—a definite plus!
The land surveyors are very thorough with their inspection, so you’ll get a full in-depth report within the deadline. They’ll also explain all the details to you—every single measurement and observation—one by one so you won’t miss a single thing.
We also love how the guys at Site Surveys know that not all clients are familiar with land surveying, so they patiently explain everything in terms they can understand. They’re strict when it comes to client communication, which we appreciate a lot.
We’re really impressed with how the guys do things—very quick and thorough! Some clients we’ve talked to told us that their land designers were very impressed with the reports because everything they needed was there.
In terms of price, it’s one of the companies that offers reasonable rates even with this kind of performance. According to its past clients we’re able to talk to, pricing was the reason they came, though the reason they stayed was because of the excellent service.
Though Site Surveys falls a little in terms of answering calls. While we understand that things might get a little busy in the office at times, customers will appreciate it more if someone can entertain their calls.
We also think Site Surveys needs to revamp its website. The buttons are overlapping so clients won’t be able to click on some tabs, and the customer service chat button’s not working either.
Other than those little bumps, Site Surveys is a reputable land surveyor company. In terms of quality of service and efficiency, it’s at the front of the line!

Pros
- Strictly sticks to timelines it gives to the clients
- Always arrives on time for the site inspection
Cons
- Takes long to send a quotation
- Fails to call back at times
In terms of efficiency, the team at Queensland Surveying Solutions Pty Ltd is worthy of recognition. They’re experts at what they do so they do things quickly and accurately, and they also provide a very detailed report on time.
We’re fortunate enough to ask some past and current clients about Queensland Suveying’s services. They told us that the reason why they hired the company’s services was because it strictly stuck to the deadlines it provided.
This means there are rare delays in the delivery of the land survey reports, which in turn prevents delays in client projects. Who wouldn’t love a service provider that makes things easier for you—definitely not us!
We also appreciate the team’s professionalism—they arrive on time at the site and do their jobs without delay. The efficiency’s amazing—no wonder the company’s able to give clients the assessments and reports on time, sometimes even earlier!
The pricing’s also cost-effective. You don’t need to stretch your budget for a land survey service.
We just don’t like that it takes them a long time to send a quotation. We understand that providing detailed pricing might take time, but clients usually go for companies who can give them immediate answers.
There are also busy days wherein the staff who answers the phone promises to call back, but doesn’t. A small thing perhaps, but still an inconvenience to most clients.

Pros
- Punctual and quick
- Accommodates clients despite fully booked schedules of surveyors
Cons
- Hard to book due to demand
- Quotations are sent late to emails
M3 Surveys is known for its flexibility and quality and quick service. If you’re in immediate need of a land surveyor, it’s the company to visit!
Just to warn you though—M3 Surveys has a lot of clients, so it’s sometimes difficult to book the services of the company. The good news is—it still tries to accommodate clients regardless of how busy its land surveyors are.
According to some of its clients that we’ve had a chat with, the team at M3 Surveys are very professional—they arrive on the agreed schedule and do their job quickly. Days later, you’ll receive the report and they’ll walk you through it so you’ll understand.
We appreciate how the reports and assessments are very detailed. All the information about the land is broken down one by one—we think your engineers will be impressed!
Such efficiency minimises our stress. It allows us to focus on other things related to the land project so we can make use of our time better.
One downside we’ve learned though is that quotations are sometimes provided late. It might take a couple of days to a week before you get yours in your inbox, which can be a little inconvenient if you’re in a hurry.
But other than that, M3 Surveys is a good company that provides efficient service. If you need your land surveyed quickly—we recommend booking its services as early as now.

Pros
- Can deal with complex property issues
- Competitive pricing
Cons
- Some staff needs more training in client communication
- Unanswered calls
One thing East Coast Surveys is known for—it can deal with ANY complex property issues. The team’s composed of competent land surveyors who know the nitty-gritty of the job, so it always has a solution for every land problem.
In fact, some of the customers we’ve talked to were those who had issues regarding old boundaries. The team knew what needed to be done to move forward—what documents needed to be prepared and the right people who could help.
This made things easier for the clients, so their projects had moved forward just in time! We all appreciate a company whose staff know what they’re doing—it saves everyone a lot of effort and hours of work.
Speaking of time and effort, we also love that the team goes way out of their working hours just to assist the clients. They don’t mind doing things beyond the contract if it means they can help the clients.
The only thing East Coast Surveys need improvement at is its communication with clients. Calls need to be answered, and some staff need to be more professional in terms of tone and words used.
All in all, we still recommend East Coast Surveys as one of your possible go-to land surveyor companies. Even with deficiencies in some areas, the company strives to give its clients the best service it can give, and at a competitive price!

Pros
- Can deal with tricky land permit situations
- Gives land advice for free
Cons
- Expensive extra charges
- Confusing categories on the website
What we love about Survey Mark the most is that you can call them for advice regarding your property before you hire them. Whether or not you’ll get the company’s services, it’ll give you good advice for free!
We also appreciate the professionalism–the surveyors arrive at the site on time and inspect everything at once. Most of the time the reports and assessments you need are given to you even before the agreed deadline—talk about efficiency!
Another thing we love about Survey Mark is the communication. It’s very easy to get a hold of them, so if you have concerns or questions, they’ll be easily addressed!
The team at Survey Mark knows how to talk to local councils and permit providers. According to some of the company’s clients, they’re able to push through with their land projects because Survey Mark was able to turn the tricky situation into a favourable one!
We think the website can use a bit of a re-categorising though. A client can get confused with the repetitive categories on the page, and might turn them off.
Another thing we kind of don’t like about Survey Mark though is the extra charges for extra work. While we understand that there’s a need to pay for additional services, we think the rates aren’t reasonable in terms of the amount of work done.
The good thing about this though is that Survey Mark’s always willing to rectify issues. As long as the client informs the company about it, it’s willing to arrange something with the client that will benefit them both.
